Term of Rental. This Room Rental Agreement is on a month-to-month basis beginning on [START DATE]. If this Room Rental Agreement starts partway through the month, the first month’s rent will be prorated and the month-to-month terms will then proceed from the 1st day of each month.
Term of Rental. The renter desires to rent from the Association the Bergen Hall and adjoining parking lot and play ground area (the “Hall”) from : hrs. , 20 to : hrs. , 20 , (the rental period) and the Association is in agreement with the Renter using the Hall for the purpose of : (Give details of all activities) (the “function”).

Term of Rental. The term of the rental of the equipment shall be as provided in Exhibit B.
Term of Rental. 38.1. The term of rental shall commence on the date specified in the Rental Agreement and shall continue for the minimum hire period, as set out in the Rental Agreement (Rental Term).
Term of Rental. Lessee will take possession of the facilities on the Rental Start Date at the rental start times and shall surrender the facility at the rental end time with the facility in the same manner as received. Should Lessee fail to vacate the facilities on the Rental End Date at the times set forth in this section, the rental fee from the Rental End Date to the date and time facilities are vacated shall be $2,000 per day (rounded up the next full day), and Lessee further agrees to obligated for any fees, expenses, costs, penalties, or other amounts that Lessor may be obligated to pay as a result of Lessee's failure to vacate.
Term of Rental. This Leasing Contract (alternately referred to herein as the “Lease” or the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Dallas Theological Seminary, (hereinafter “Lessor” or, alternately, “DTS”), and (hereinafter “Resident” or, alternately, “lessee”). It begins on this day, and will continue until the last day of May 2016. All subsequent leases will be for 12 months and will always begin the first day of June and end on the last day of May. If Resident vacates the apartment between May 15 and the last day of May, rent will be prorated. Residents vacating between May 1 – 14 will be charged rent through May 15, regardless.
Term of Rental. You agree to rent from us the Equipment from when we install the Equipment until this Agreement ends. This Agreement (as it relates to a particular piece of Core Equipment Type) will end upon the end of the Useful Life of the applicable Core Equipment Type (but it will continue, as amended as referenced above in the definition of Useful Life, in respect of the remaining Core Equipment Type(s) and related Equipment) unless terminated earlier by you through your buy-out option (see “Your Buy- out Option” below) or by us if you fail to meet any of your commitments (see “Termination of Agreement by Us” below). After this Agreement is terminated, we will not be required to supply, service or maintain, and you will not be required to rent, any replacement equipment. If you want to change the Equipment or rent additional equipment, a new agreement will be required to replace this Agreement and a new rental rate will be calculated. If not fully satisfied, all obligations owned by you prior to the termination of this Agreement shall survive termination until fully satisfied, as determined by us.
