Term & Salary. The Township shall pay Xxxxxx for the performance of his services under this Agreement in accordance with the procedures that are set forth in the current and most recently updated Township Employee Manual (the “Employee Manual”). Xxxxxx’x annual gross salary shall be $125,000.00 per year (prorated back to October 1, 2022) subject to annual adjustments by the Township Committee.

Term & Salary. The Township shall pay Bleda for the performance of her services under the Agreement in accordance with the procedures that are set forth in the current and most recently updated Township Employee Manual (the “Employee Manual”). Xxxxx’s annual gross salary shall be $64,980.24 per year subject to annual adjustments by the Township Committee. The employee is a salaried position and the needs of the position may, from time to time exceed (40) hours per week, Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm. It is not, however the expectation that the employee work greater than (40) hours per week but rather that the employee will adjust hours from week to week so as to approximate an average (40) hour work week. Both Franklin Township and the employee understand that the employee is an “exempt employee” under the “Fair Labor Standards Actfor the purposes of overtime and compensatory time. Accordingly, the Township and Employee agree there will be no compensation time or overtime pay for any hours worked above and beyond the 40 hour work week, performed by the Employee and the total compensation due the employee is contained in and in accordance with the terms of this document. Any significant change of work schedule by more than 1 hour on any day will need approval of the Township Administrator.
Term & Salary. (a) The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date that Xxxxxxx shall first report for duty, July 1, 2013 and shall continue until June 30, 2015 unless sooner terminated or extended as provided in this Agreement (hereafter “Term.”) Unless the context otherwise requires, the term "year" shall mean the fiscal year of the District, commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30 of each year of the Term of this Agreement. The term of this Agreement shall be renewable at the mutual agreement of Xxxxxxx and the Board of Trustees.

Xxxxxx’s annual gross salary shall be $48,000.00 per year subject to annual adjustments by the Township Committee. The employee is a salaried position and the needs of the position may, from time to time exceed (35) hours per week, Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm. It is not, however the expectation that the employee work greater than (35) hours per week but rather that the employee will adjust hours from week to week so as to approximate an average (35) hour work week. Both Franklin Township and the employee understand that the employee is needed for court sessions and she will be compensated at her hourly rate of pay for court hours which occur outside the above listed hours of Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm. If the employee is designated as being “on call” she shall be compensated at one (1) hour of straight pay per call / incident. Any significant change of work schedule by more than 1 hour will need written approval of the Township Administrator.

Term & Salary. The term of this Contract shall be for three (3) years, commencing July 1, 2018, and ending June 30, 2021. In consideration of a total annual base salary of $155,000.00 for the period from July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2021, the Superintendent agrees to faithfully perform the duties of the Superintendent, including other administrative duties as required by the Board, and as prescribed by the laws of the State of Washington and by the policies, rules, and regulations made thereunder by the Board, the State Superintendent of Public Instruction, and the State Board of Education. The annual salary shall be paid in twelve (12) equal monthly installments in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Board. The per diem rate shall be 1/260th of the total annual salary, or $596.15. The Board retains the right to adjust the annual salary of the Superintendent in subsequent years of the contract, and said salary adjustments, made in the form of a contract amendment, will not reduce the annual salary from the previous year.
Term & Salary. Unless earlier terminated as provided herein, the term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until terminated as provided by Section 2 hereof (the “Term”). Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, Executive’s employment relationship with the Company will be “at will,” meaning either party can terminate the relationship at any time, with or without cause. Executive’s Base Salary as of the Effective Date is Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000) per year.
