Termination during trial period. An employee’s employment may be terminated during the trial service period at the Employer’s discretion. The employee shall not have the right to grieve her/his trial service termination. Upon termination of employment, the Employer shall timely notify in writing the terminated employee and the Association of the action and the reason for the termination.

Termination during trial period. You may terminate this Agreement without penalty during the Trial Period by calling (000) 000-0000 or sending an email to xxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx with "cancel account" in the subject line. If you cancel during the Trial Period, we will refund the Service Fee (if applicable). After the Trial Period, the Service Fee is non-refundable.

  • Time Off During Notice Period During the period of notice of termination given by the employer, an employee shall be allowed up to one day's time off without loss of pay for the purpose of seeking other employment. This time off shall be taken at times that are convenient to the employee after consultation with the employer.
