Termination of Lessons. Lessons are continuous and ongoing, effective as of the date of this Studio Policy and Agreement written above. Student may terminate lessons for any reason. To terminate lessons, Student must provide at least one month’s advance written notice to Studio, during which month the tuition has been paid in full. If Student does not provide one month’s advance written notice, the Studio shall charge Student and Student shall be liable for, one month’s tuition in full, even if no lessons are provided during that month. Studio may also terminate lessons for any reason, at the sole discretion of Studio. If Studio terminates lessons, tuition will be pro-rated up to the last lesson taken and a refund provided, if applicable.
Termination of Lessons. Lessons will continue until a mutually agreed termination date. Both the Tutor and the Student reserve the right to terminate lessons.

The Academy may also terminate lessons for any reason, at the sole discretion of the Academy. If lessons are terminated, tuition will be pro-rated up to the last lesson taken and a refund provided, if applicable.

Termination of Lessons. Student may terminate lessons for any reason. To terminate lessons, Student must provide at least 4 weeks’ notice to Studio. Cancelation where notice of 4 weeks is not given, and lessons not taken will incur payment required for those 4 weeks to cover Studio gaps. Studio/Teacher may also terminate lessons for any reason, at the sole discretion of Studio/Teacher. If Studio terminates lessons, tuition will be pro-rated up to the last lesson taken and a refund provided, if applicable. Students are expected to: • Treat the Studio/Teacher, other students, and Studio property respectfully • Abide by all Studio rules, policies & instructions (verbal & written) • Bring required music, lesson notebook, books and instrument (if required) in working order to each lesson • Commit to lessons & understand to learn music / an instrument & gain the most out of it, time (multiple terms) is required to see the benefit & growth • Practice between each lesson and complete set homework • Communicate with Studio when necessary to keep the learning environment a positive & safe space • If committing to performing at a recital/event, attendance & practice is essential The Studio/Teacher will provide Student with verbal or written warnings for breaches of Studio Expectations, and Student has the opportunity to correct or rectify such breaches. Repeated or frequent breaches may result in termination of lessons. Parents are encouraged to attend and quietly wait in the waiting area provided by Studio. However, if a parent’s presence is disruptive to the concentration and efforts of Student, the parent may be asked to kindly wait outside until the end of the lesson. Due to physical space limitations and to ensure a focused environment for the student, we encourage additional family/friends to wait outside quietly for lessons to finish.
Termination of Lessons. The teacher reserves the right to terminate lessons for the following reasons: • Student misses 6 or more lessons during a school year. • Student with 3 or more unexcused absences in a school year. • Student fails to practice on a consistent basis. • Student displays no interest in violin lessons. Lesson fees are paid by semester in full or in halves. A $25 LATE FEE WILL BE ADDED IF THE FEES ARE NOT PAID BY THE LISTED DATES. Payments accepted include, check, cash, venmo and paypal.
Termination of Lessons. ● One-month’s written notice from the student is required for termination of lessons. Email and/or written letter are acceptable forms of notice. Written notice must be delivered to Sing Explore Create one-month prior to termination of services. In the event that the student discontinues lessons with insufficient notice, the student will be liable to pay costs for lessons not delivered during the notice period. The lesson rates are as follows: ● $32 per 30 minutes ● $48 per 45 minutes ● $64 per 60 minutes Rates are subject to change. At least 3 month’s written notice will be given if changes to rates will be made. ● An initial materials fee of $25 is due at the time of registration. ● Materials fees cover the costs of all art supplies used by the student during lessons. All sketchbooks, pencils, etc. given to students belong to the student and will remain in the student’s possession should lessons be terminated. ● All artwork created by the student belongs to the student and will remain in the student’s possession should lessons be terminated. ● The materials fee will be reassessed only as students need additional materials. ● A one-time $15 registration fee will be due at time of registration for all new students.
Termination of Lessons. There are two methods: You may remove your child at your discretion naturally, by forwarding a note to this effect to the Music Teacher through the Principal. The Principal, in conjunction with the Instrumental Music Teacher, may exclude a child from tuition if they do not make steady progress either through lack of practice, attendance or aptitude or they do not attend Performing Group rehearsals and functions. Students must attend all lessons and rehearsals. Punctuality is vital and tardiness will be noted. Please be aware that tuition is free of charge and your child is enrolled for a minimum of one year. We ask the student and a parent to sign here to indicate their commitment to the program requirements.
Termination of Lessons. If a student wishes to terminate lessons, a minimum of 5 lessons notice must be given and paid for.
Termination of Lessons. If you would like to terminate lessons with us, we ask that you give us at least a full month’s notice. This gives us time to schedule a new student from our waiting list. If less than a full month’s notice is given, we will charge for the next full month’s worth of lessons. SMS reserves the right to terminate lessons with immediate effect if overdue accounts are not paid within the terms set out in this agreement; and /or the child or parent behaves in a manner unacceptable to SMS.
