MEMBERSHIP DURATION. 1. The members of the Committee shall hold office for an indefinite period.
2. Within one month, a vacancy shall be filled by the organisation that had appointed the member who has resigned his or her post.
MEMBERSHIP DURATION. 2.1 The “Membership Term” is the period of months specified on the membership application form, in the case of Prepaid Members, commencing on the day following receipt of the Subscription Fee, or in the case of Direct Debit Members, the first payment towards the Subscription Fee.
2.2 If you are a Prepaid Member, unless your membership has been brought to an end early in accordance with the Agreement, we will write to you giving you not less than four weeks’ notice of the expiry of the Membership Term and offering you the opportunity to renew your membership with us. Our letter to you will indicate the new Subscription Fee payable for the new Membership Term and any other revised terms of these Terms and Conditions (if applicable).
2.3 If you are a Direct Debit Member, unless your membership has been brought to an end early in accordance with the Agreement, the Agreement will continue after the expiry of the Membership Term unless and until you terminate the Agreement by giving us notice in writing of not less than 30 days, not to take effect prior to expiry of the Membership Term. If you fail to terminate in accordance with this clause, the Agreement will continue on a one month rolling basis. If you wish to terminate the Agreement, it is also your responsibility to instruct your bank to stop the direct debit payments at the end of the Membership Term.
2.4 If within 14 days of the commencement of the Membership Term you wish to terminate the Agreement you must notify us in writing within that 14 day period, in which case we will agree to terminate the Agreement and refund you the paid Subscription Fee, less a proportionate amount for the days you have been a Member (as at the date of receipt of the notice and up to a maximum of 14 days) and an early cancellation administrative charge of £30.
MEMBERSHIP DURATION. 2.1. The Membership shall commence at the date of your Membership application being completed and submitted by or on behalf of You (the Commencement Date).
2.2. Subject to early termination as provided for in this Agreement, the Membership shall be for a fixed initial term of 12 months from the Commencement Date (the Initial Term).
2.3. Memberships shall be renewed automatically after the Initial Term for successive periods of 12 months (each being a Renewal Period) until cancelled by You in accordance with clause 3 (below).
MEMBERSHIP DURATION. 2.1 The “Membership Term” is the period of months specified on the membership application form. For a month Direct Debit contract this is a minimum of 3 or 12 full monthly payments. Discounted or pro-rata part months do not count towards the Membership Term.
2.2 If you are a Prepaid Member, unless your membership has been brought to an end early in accordance with the Agreement, we will write to you giving you not less than 30 days’ notice of the expiry of the Membership Term and offering you the opportunity to renew your membership. Our letter to you will indicate the new Subscription Fee payable for the new term.
2.3 If you are a Direct Debit Member, your membership is an on-going indefinite subscription meaning that your membership is continuous and your monthly direct debit payments will continue after the minimum Membership Term, until you terminate the Agreement by giving the Club notice by Email of not less than 30 days’ notice (not to take effect prior to expiry of the Membership Term).
MEMBERSHIP DURATION. All memberships will require a 3 month minimum commitment and will be on a month-to-month basis thereafter.
MEMBERSHIP DURATION. The term of Membership is one (1) year from the date of Agreement (“Anniversary Date”). Membership is non-transferrable, including by cause of death, although a pro rata portion of prepaid annual fees may be refunded to a deceased Member’s estate. So long as a Member pays annual fees and all charges incurred at the Lounge. The Membership will be automatically renewed on the anniversary date. If a Member elects to not renew, Member shall give a 30-day written notice prior to the anniversary date. All written correspondence should be addressed to 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, XX 00000. If a Member wishes to withdraw from the Lounge for any reason before the anniversary date, the Member shall pay all outstanding charges incurred at the Lounge, a $50 processing fee and shall be entitled to a pro rata refund of prepaid annual fees by number of days remaining in the term. A Member may be removed for violating a provision of this Agreement, engaging in any illegal conduct at the Premises, committing vandalism at the Premises, engaging in altercations, or unreasonably disturbing other Members or Guests. Member will be notified within 7 days of termination or suspension in writing via first class mail to the last address listed with The Pocket. A Member who is removed shall not be entitled to any refund of prepaid annual fees. The Pocket reserves the right to terminate or suspend a Membership and this Agreement at any time for any reason.
MEMBERSHIP DURATION. This Agreement remains in effect on a month-to-month basis. Member may cancel the membership with a 30-day notice.
MEMBERSHIP DURATION. “The membership period for our Leisure Membership is six months commencing on the day following receipt of your Matrix fee, start-up fee and the first payment towards the subscription fee. The membership period for our Student, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Cancer Rehabilitation and Activity on Referral Memberships is 30 days commencing on the day following receipt of your Matrix fee, start-up or consultation fee and the first payment towards the subscription fee. If you are a direct debit member, unless your membership has been brought to an end early in accordance with this agreement, the agreement will continue after the expiry of the initial six months unless and until you terminate the agreement by giving us notice in writing of not less than 30 days, not to take effect prior to expiry of the initial six month period.” If you wish to terminate, it is your responsibility to instruct your bank to stop the direct debit payments at the end of the six month period. We cannot be held liable for any payment processed due to your failure to cancel a direct debit instruction. If within 7 days of the commencement of your membership you wish to terminate this agreement you must notify the facility in writing within that 7 day period, in which case we will agree to terminate the agreement and refund the subscription fee, less an early cancellation administration charge (currently £20.00). This termination date only applies within the first 7 days of membership. You will be issued with a loyalty card, which remains the property of Corby Borough Council.
MEMBERSHIP DURATION. (a) Unless earlier terminated pursuant to Section 8.0 hereof, the term of this Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and end on the last day of the 24th calendar month following the Effective Date or the last day of the 24th calendar month of any renewal period as set out in the next paragraph (the “Termination Date”).
(b) This Agreement shall renew for an additional term of two years on the Termination Date of this Agreement upon the giving of notice by Customer to PRIVO at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the then-current term. Such notice shall be given in writing and include a duly executed renewal Evaluation Form provided by PRIVO for each Member Online Service for which Customer seeks renewal, unless Customer provides to PRIVO a written declaration that the details provided in Customer’s most recently submitted Evaluation form have not changed. The fees payable under Section 7.0 hereto during the renewal year shall be those listed in Exhibit C.
MEMBERSHIP DURATION. 3.1 An initial duration of membership period begins from the date of the approved registration and continues until the last day of the twelve (12) month. If a member has records of purchase during this period, the membership will be extended for twelve (12) months, from the month member has made purchase.
