Test Coordination and Scheduling. The Contractor shall be responsible for scheduling tests and providing cost information necessary for the ETF and EFDTF business office to provide the customer with a cost estimate for testing. The Contractor shall be the initial point of contact for customers requesting testing in the ETF and serve as a liaison between customers and ETF POCs. The Contractor shall make an initial determination of which test chamber best fits the customer’s needs, then coordinate testing arrangements between the MSFC chamber POC and the customer. The Contractor shall maintain all ETF test schedules and resolve any conflicts between test schedules. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing a Customer Test Request (CTR) to potential customers, receiving completed CTRs from the customers, and providing CTRs to chamber POCs. Using the CTR, the chamber POC generates a TPS to initiate the necessary work to conduct the test. The Contractor shall support Civil Service personnel at all Test Readiness Reviews and other customer meetings, as requested. The Contractor shall be responsible for coordinating access to MSFC between the customer and MSFC Security. The Contractor shall conduct guided tours for potential customers and tour groups as requested by Civil Service management. The Contractor shall maintain a master ETF, EFDTF, and Structural Test Facility combined testing schedule. The Contractor shall give an oral presentation of the test schedule at weekly ETF and EFDTF team meetings. The Contractor shall be responsible for coordinating, developing, and producing placards, brochures and leaflets describing the ETF’s and EFDTF’s technical capabilities. This includes, but is not limited to, working with MSFC Graphics in developing page layouts, generating computer graphics, and coordinating with MSFC photographers. All placards, brochures, and leaflets shall be approved by MSFC Graphics prior to production. The Contractor shall develop presentation charts, as requested, by ETF and EFDTF personnel, and directed by the COTR. The Contractor shall provide coordination support for onsite and off-site meetings and conferences. The Contractor shall escort foreign nationals and support all visits by foreign nationals. This will require special security training for Contractor personnel performing this function.

  • Dispatch and Scheduling 6.1.1 The SPD shall be entirely responsible to schedule its power as per the applicable regulations / requirements / guidelines of CERC / SERC /SLDC / RLDC or any other competent agency and same being recognized by the RLDC/SLDC or any other competent authority / agency as per applicable regulation/ law / direction and maintain compliance to the applicable Codes/ Grid Code requirements and directions, if any, as specified by concerned SLDC/RLDC from time to time. Any deviation from the schedule will attract the provisions of applicable regulation / guidelines / directions and any financial implication on account of this shall be on the account of the SPD. 6.1.2 The SPD shall be responsible for directly coordinating and dealing with the Buying Entity, State Load Dispatch Centres, Regional Power Committees, and other authorities in all respects in regard to declaration of availability, scheduling and dispatch of power and due compliance with deviation and settlement mechanism and the applicable Grid code Regulations, acknowledging that the SPD and Buying Entity are the Grid connected entities and SECI as an Intermediary Procurer/ trading licensee is not a Grid connected entity in respect of the power contracted under this Agreement. 6.1.3 The SPD shall be responsible for any deviation from scheduling and for any resultant liabilities on account of charges for deviation as per applicable regulations. UI charges on this account shall be directly paid by the SPD. 6.1.4 Auxiliary power consumption will be treated as per the concerned Central/State regulations. 6.1.5 Further, in case of any difference in scheduled energy at the interfaces of all the RLDCs concerned for the corridor of the power flow, including the RLDC of the Buying Entity, SECI will make payments corresponding to the lowest of the individual energy values to the SPD, until rectification of the above error.

  • Project Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality and consistency of deliverables and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • Cooperation and Coordination The Parties acknowledge and agree that it is their mutual objective and intent to minimize, to the extent feasible and legal, taxes payable with respect to their collaborative efforts under this Agreement and that they shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate and coordinate with each other to achieve such objective.

  • HOURS OF WORK AND SCHEDULING 15.01 The normal hours of work for an employee are not a guarantee of work per day or per week, or a guarantee of days of work per week. The normal hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7-1/2) hours per day, and seventy-five (75) hours in any bi-weekly period. 15.02 The normal daily shift shall consist of seven and one-half (7 ½) consecutive hours, exclusive of a one-half (1/2) hour unpaid meal period. For employees working the night shift, this one-half (1/2) hour will be paid. Employees shall be entitled to a fifteen (15) minute paid break during each half of the normal daily shift, at a time designated by the Employer. An employee may combine her rest periods in order to have one (1) thirty (30) minute break, providing she has prior approval from the Director of Nursing. When a meal period is interrupted requiring an employee to attend to a work related problem, then the balance of the unused meal period will be taken within two (2) hours of the interruption. If the employee is unable to reschedule such time, she shall be paid time and one-half (1½) her regular straight time hourly rate for all time worked in excess of her normal daily hours, in accordance with Article 16.01. 15.03 Employees required for reporting purposes shall remain at work for a period of up to fifteen (15) minutes which shall be unpaid. Should the reporting time extend beyond fifteen (15) minutes however, the entire period shall be considered overtime for the purposes of payment. 15.04 Requests for change in posted work schedules must be submitted in writing and co-signed by the employee willing to exchange days off or shifts and are subject to the discretion of the Administrator or her designate. In any event, it is understood that such a change initiated by the employee and approved by the Employer shall not result in overtime compensation or payment or any other claims on the Employer by any employee under the terms of this Agreement. 15.05 Where there is a change to Daylight Savings from Standard Time or vice-versa, an employee who is scheduled and works a full shift shall be paid for the actual hours worked at her regular straight time hourly rate. 15.06 There shall be no split shifts. (a) There shall be a minimum of sixteen (16) hours off between changes of shift unless mutually agreed otherwise. (b) An employee shall not be required to work more than seven (7) consecutive days without days off, unless mutually agreed to by the employee and the Employer. (a) Any employee who is working a permanent shift as of December 31, 1996 shall not be transferred to another shift without their consent.   • Order Coordination and Order Coordination-Time Specific 2.1.9.1 “Order Coordination” (OC) allows BellSouth and Lightyear to coordinate the installation of the SL2 Loops, Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL) and other Loops where OC may be purchased as an option, to Lightyear’s facilities to limit end user service outage. OC is available when the Loop is provisioned over an existing circuit that is currently providing service to the end user. OC for physical conversions will be scheduled at BellSouth’s discretion during normal working hours on the committed due date. OC shall be provided in accordance with the chart set forth below. 2.1.9.2 “Order Coordination – Time Specific” (OC-TS) allows Lightyear to order a specific time for OC to take place. BellSouth will make every effort to accommodate Lightyear’s specific conversion time request. However, BellSouth reserves the right to negotiate with Lightyear a conversion time based on load and appointment control when necessary. This OC-TS is a chargeable option for all Loops except Unbundled Copper Loops (UCL) and Universal Digital Channel (UDC), and is billed in addition to the OC charge. Lightyear may specify a time between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (location time) Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). If Lightyear specifies a time outside this window, or selects a time or quantity of Loops that requires BellSouth technicians to work outside normal work hours, overtime charges will apply in addition to the OC and OC-TS charges. Overtime charges will be applied based on the amount of overtime worked and in accordance with the rates established in the Access Services Tariff, Section E13.2, for each state. The OC-TS charges for an order due on the same day at the same location will be applied on a per Local Service Request (LSR) basis.

  • Care Coordination The Parties’ subcontract shall require that the Enrollee’s CP Care Coordinator provide ongoing care coordination support to the Enrollee in coordination with the Enrollee’s PCP and other providers as set forth in Section 2.6.

  • Utility Coordination Identify all potential utility conflicts and provide preliminary office check plans showing the problem locations, posted to the City’s FTP site. Plans will clearly identify specific utility company facilities by color and by name (i.e. not just “gas” or “fiber optic”). ENGINEER shall include a conflict list for each utility, also posted to the FTP site. ENGINEER shall meet with utility company representatives to review plans and utility verification forms (Attachment No. 3 to Exhibit “A”) at each milestone date and as directed by the CITY and as determined necessary by the ENGINEER. This in- formation will be compiled into a summary report (Attachment No. 4 to Exhibit “A” also available on the City’s FTP site) maintained and updated by ENGINEER as necessary to present a cohesive and reflective status of utilities, and provided to the City as necessary. ENGINEER shall maintain involvement with utility companies until all conflicts have been resolved (not just identified). When appropriate, the City Engineer will approve the identification on plans of conflicts to be resolved during construction. ENGINEER shall meet with involved utility company/ies and project contractor to resolve any conflicts with utilities that occur during construction.

  • Integration and Amendment This Agreement represents the entire and integrated agreement between the Town and the Contractor and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, either written or oral. Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and be signed by both the Town and the Contractor.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:
