Each sample will be appropriately marked with the participant’s identification. Privacy To the greatest extent possible, the privacy of the participant will be preserved while the sample(s) to be tested are taken. Adulteration or Substitution An on-site Adulteration or Substitution of a specimen shall be treated as a positive test. If the laboratory is unable to analyze a sample (inadequate or dilute sample), the participant must take an additional test within 72 hours of receiving notice of such. Failure to submit an acceptable specimen as provided for herein will be treated as a positive test. If a specimen is out of temperature at the time of collection, the participant must give another sample within three (3) hours without leaving the collections facility, regardless of the type of test being conducted, e.g., random or annual. Failure to do so will be considered a refusal to test. Failure to submit an acceptable sample will be considered a positive test.
