The Supplier’s services. 4.1. The Supplier will provide the following services as part of this Call-Off Contract: 4.1.1. Hosting to make the Web Service available for access over the internet, if required; 4.1.2. Regular backups and backup restoration, if required; 4.1.3. Storage of the Web Service, if required; 4.1.4. The Supplier’s services. The Supplier's Services are related to Establishment, Management and Termination of Cloud Services. Establishment includes Facilitation and Implementation of the Cloud Services and related services, as well as the preparation of the Services in general, and may include conducting an Approval Test. When the Establishment of a Cloud Service is completed, it will be placed under Management. Cloud Services may be Established, placed under Management and Terminated throughout the entire agreement term. Establishment and Management phases may take place in parallel in full or partially. The provisions for Establishment and Termination may be repeated several times during the term of the Agreement, including upon Establishment of new Cloud Services or Termination of existing Cloud Services. When the Establishment of Cloud Services is completed, and the Customer has commenced its use of the Cloud Services, the Cloud Services will remain in the Management phase until terminated.
The Supplier’s services. (see Clause 7.1) will be charged in the following manner: (i) Deposit - £1,500 required prior to commencement; (ii) Interim Payment – 50% of the remaining balance payable one week after commencement of agreed work, to be paid within 24 hours of the date of Supplier’s invoice;

The Supplier’s services. The Supplier shall satisfy all requirements and descriptions in this Framework Agreement and the attached annexes. A successful Supplier in a Mini Tendering Procedure shall carry out the work described in the Mini Tendering Procedure within the deadlines specified. Deadlines are notified in connection with Mini Tendering Procedures and/or regularly in a contract period. The Contracting Authority may, at all times, demand that the Supplier present documentation or in other ways prove that the work meets the requirements and descriptions mentioned.
The Supplier’s services. This Agreement concerns the delivery of services related to facilitation, implementation and management of cloud services delivered according to standard terms.

The services provided to the Buyer under this Call-Off Contract must only be used in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of this Call-Off Contract.
The Supplier’s services. It is the responsibility of the supplier to provide the services covered so that all requirements and descriptions contained in this Framework Agreement with appendixes, including Appendix 1, are fulfilled. The supplier must deliver the services under the terms and conditions as stated in the framework agreement and the corresponding delivery agreements, which the customer can expect. The supplier has stated in Appendix 2 how the supplier will deliver the services covered by the framework agreement. If the supplier cannot fulfil the requirements in Appendix 1, the supplier can describe why that is the case in Appendix 2 however that does not imply that Appendix 2 replaces Appendix 1 as minimum requirement. The Supplier, unless otherwise specified in the Delivery Agreement, has the total responsibility for the implementation of a delivery agreement. The supplier, after entering into an agreement, has an obligation to undertake all services in ac- cordance with the delivery agreement, unless otherwise specified in the delivery agreement.
