Common use of Time Clock Clause in Contracts

Time Clock. All hourly support staff employees will utilize the District’s electronic time keeping system to document hours worked. All absences will be entered and documented in the District’s electronic absence reporting system. In the case of unexpected leave, any employee must enter absence as soon as possible. The District reserves the right to modify time keeping procedures.
