Common use of Time Clock Clause in Contracts

Time Clock. The district may implement a time clock or computer based program to log work hours for employees. Employees will be given training prior to implementation. An employee logging in more than 7 minutes tardy after the scheduled start of their work day will be considered tardy. Repetitive tardiness shall be grounds for disciplinary action.
