Common use of Time Clock Clause in Contracts

Time Clock. The Employer shall provide a time clock to enable employees to record their own time for payroll purposes. Employees shall record their own time at the time they start and finish work. Employees shall be entitled to review their time cards upon request. The Employer shall forward photocopies of all completed time cards to the Union office whenever a written request to do so is received from the Union. The Union shall reimburse the Employer for the cost of photocopying. Employees shall be paid for all time worked.
