Common use of Time Clock Clause in Contracts

Time Clock. ‌ Employees who have a regularly assigned work day that begins or ends outside of the time period of 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday may be required to record their start and finish times and break times through the use of a time clock. All overtime worked by custodians may be required to be recorded through the use of a time clock. Guidelines and instruction on the use of the time clock will be provided by the administration. O. WORKERS’ COMPENSATION BENEFITS‌ Workers Compensation Insurance is carried for all employees by the Board of Education.
