Common use of Time Clock Clause in Contracts

Time Clock. The Employer shall provide a digital time card to employees to record their time by digitally punching in and out for payroll purposes. Employees shall digitally punch in at the time they start and finish work and the time they commence and return from meal periods. Employees can access and review their digital time on the Employer’s employee-use computer during break times or before or after their scheduled shifts. Employees recording any information on any digital time card other than their own shall be subject to disciplinary action.
