Time Counted. All service in the employ of the City shall be counted toward the establishment of the employee's seniority service date, including, for example, per- manent, probationary, provisional, temporary (full-time and intermittent), sea- xxxxx, and exempt employment, as well as leaves of absence for parental leave or obligatory military service while an employee of the City. Less than full-time service will be consolidated in equivalences of full-time service for the purpose of estab- lishing the seniority service date. Time off as result of formal disciplinary action will be subtracted from the seniority service date.

Time Counted. Actual hours worked (“sweat hours”), PTO, Xxxxx days, conference/training time, special assignments made pursuant to Section 23.6 below and jury duty shall be considered as hours worked for determining eligibility for overtime under subsections (A)(1) and (A)(2) above. No other time such as unscheduled PTO and personal days shall be considered as hours worked.

  • Time Clock All employees may be required to punch a time clock, including whenever they leave the building during normal working hours. All employees are entitled to at least a one-half hour lunch period. A time clock need not be punched for the lunch period.

  • Time Cards Employees may be required to complete their own time cards and submit them to their respective Supervisor. The supervisors shall be responsible for completing the time card for an absent employee. Employees are to be notified on the following working day of changes made to their time cards.

  • Time Clocks The Employer shall not add time clocks, unless the Union has been served notice and the Agency has engaged in discussions with the Union. During the term of this Agreement, upon request of either party, the parties agree to establish a joint Labor/Management Committee for the purpose of examining the impact of an automated State payroll system upon this Agreement and developing recommendations for the implementation of such a system.

  • Time Computation Saturday, Sunday and holidays recognized by this Agreement shall not be counted under the time procedures established in this Agreement.

  • Salary Progression 1. For the purposes of determining annual progression from one step to the next, each teacher’s performance will be assessed annually against the appropriate professional standards.

  • Standard Workweek Except as noted below the standard workweek for full-time employees consists of five (5) consecutive eight (8) hour days, Monday through Friday each week.
