TIME FOR COMPLETION OF WORK. The date for completion of the work is not later than calendar days after the effective date of this Agreement.
TIME FOR COMPLETION OF WORK. No Work shall be commenced prior to the ENGINEER’s receipt of the DISTRICT’s Notice to Proceed. All Work shall be completed no later than January 1, 2023, provided, however, that extensions of time may be granted in writing by the Director of Public Works, which said extensions of time, if any, shall be granted only for reasons attributable to inclement weather, acts of God, or for other cause determined in the sole discretion of the Director of Public Works to be good and sufficient cause for such extensions.
TIME FOR COMPLETION OF WORK. No Work shall be commenced prior to the CONSULTANT’s receipt of the COUNTY’s Notice to Proceed. All Work shall be completed no later than June 15, 2016, provided, however, that extensions of time may be granted in writing by the Director of Public Works of San Xxxx Obispo County, which said extensions of time, if any, shall be granted only for reasons attributable to inclement weather, acts of God, or for other cause determined in the sole discretion of the Director of Public Works of San Xxxx Obispo County to be good and sufficient cause for such extensions.
TIME FOR COMPLETION OF WORK. Contractor will complete the Work in the shortest possible time and must state in its proposal the number of calendar days required to complete the Work. The Contractor must allow time in its proposal for delays due to normal inclement weather and delivery of materials.
TIME FOR COMPLETION OF WORK. No work shall be commenced prior to the Consultant’s receipt of the District’s Notice to Proceed. All work shall be completed no later than , unless the term of the Agreement is otherwise terminated or extended, as provided for in Section 8. The time provided to Consultant to complete the services required by this Agreement shall not affect the District’s right to terminate the Agreement, as referenced in Section 8.
TIME FOR COMPLETION OF WORK. No Work shall be commenced prior to the CONSULTANT’s receipt of the DISTRICT’s Notice to Proceed. In addition, no work shall commence on Task 2.3 (Preliminary Subsidence Assessment) or on Task 6 (Supplemental Analysis and DWR Response), until the CONSULTANT receives separate Notices to Proceed for each such task from the DISTRICT’s Project Manager. All authorized Work shall be completed no later than October 31, 2018, provided, however, that extensions of time may be granted in writing by the DISTRICT’s Director of Public Works or designee, which said extensions of time, if any, shall be granted only for reasons attributable to inclement weather, acts of God, or for other cause determined in the sole discretion of the DISTRICT’s Director of Public Works or designee to be good and sufficient cause for such extensions.
TIME FOR COMPLETION OF WORK. No Work shall be commenced prior to the ENGINEER’s receipt of the DISTRICT’s Notice to Proceed. In addition, no work shall be commenced on Task 11.0 as described in Exhibit A prior to the ENGINEER’s receipt of a separate Notice to Proceed from the DISTRICT for this particular task. All Work shall be completed no later than twelve (12) months from the date on which this Agreement is signed by the DISTRICT provided, however, that extensions of time may be granted in writing by the Director of Public Works of San Xxxx Obispo County, which said extensions of time, if any, shall be granted only for reasons attributable to inclement weather, acts of God, or for other cause determined in the sole discretion of the Director of Public Works of San Xxxx Obispo County to be good and sufficient cause for such extensions.
TIME FOR COMPLETION OF WORK. No Work shall be commenced prior to the CONSULTANT’s receipt of the DISTRICT’s Notice to Proceed and prior to the DISTRICT Board of Supervisors’ approval of the Operations Plan described in Section 11 of Exhibit A and which includes suspension criteria, among other things. In addition, no Work shall commence on implementation of the Winter Cloud Seeding Program for Winter Season 2020-2021 or Winter Season 2021-2022 prior to the CONSULTANT’s receipt of the DISTRICT’s subsequent Notice to Proceed for each such particular subsequent winter season. All field Work in connection with Winter Season 2019-2020 shall be completed no later than April 15, 2020. But 30-45 days shall be allowed after completion of field activities to prepare a final report. If the DISTIRCT decides to pursue implementation of the Program in subsequent seasons and issues Notices to Proceed for Winter Season 2020-2021 or Winter Season 2021-2022, all field Work for said winter seasons shall be completed no later than April 15, 2021 and April 15, 2022, respectively. But 30-45 days shall be allowed after completion of field activities to prepare a final report. Notwithstanding the foregoing, extensions of time may be granted in writing by the DISTRICT’s Director of Public Works, which said extensions of time, if any, shall be granted only for reasons attributable to inclement weather, acts of God, or for other cause determined in the sole discretion of the DISTRICT’s Director of Public Works to be good and sufficient cause for such extensions.
TIME FOR COMPLETION OF WORK. The second sentence of the first paragraph is hereby amended as follows: “It is understood that ENGINEER’S project engineering services may extend through design, construction, start-up, and operation of the Nacimiento Water Project and that this work authorization is intended to extend to June 30, 2013.”
TIME FOR COMPLETION OF WORK. No Work shall be commenced prior to the CONSULTANT’s receipt of the DISTRICT’s Notice to Proceed. In addition, no work shall commence on Task 2.3 (Preliminary Subsidence Assessment), Task 4 (BBM) or Task 6 (Supplemental Analysis and DWR Response), as identified in the Scope of Work, until the CONSULTANT receives separate Notices to Proceed for each of these particular tasks. Based on the information uncovered during Tasks 1 through 3, the DISTRICT’S Project Manager will determine the extent to which Tasks 2.3, 4, and Task 6 are necessary and whether to issue Notice(s) to Proceed. A Notice to Proceed will not be issued for Task 6 unless additional analysis will be required based on DWR's comments and response to the BBM request submittal. All authorized Work shall be completed no later than March 31, 2018, provided, however, that additional time may be granted in writing by the DISTRICT’s Director of Public Works or designee for follow-up analysis and activities in response to DWR's comments on the initial BBM request submittal.
