Times for Rendering Services. A. If in this Agreement specific periods of time for rendering services are set forth or specific dates by which services are to be completed are provided, and if such periods of time or dates are changed through no fault of ENGINEER, the rates and amounts of compensation provided for herein shall be subject to equitable adjustment. If OWNER has requested changes in the scope, extent, or character of the Project, the time of performance of ENGINEER’s services shall be adjusted equitably.
Times for Rendering Services. A. Engineer is not authorized to begin work or to incur costs under a Service Order until the time set forth in the Service Order.
B. The Commencement Date of each Service Order and the times for completing services or providing deliverables will be stated in each Service Order. Engineer is authorized to begin rendering services under a Service Order as of the Commencement Date of the Service Order unless otherwise specified in the Service Order.
C. Unless specific periods of time or specific dates for providing Services are specified in a Service Order, Engineer’s obligation to render Services hereunder will be for a period which may reasonably be required for the completion of the Services.
D. If PCCA has requested changes in the scope, extent, or character of the Specific Project, the time of performance and completion of Engineer’s Services may be adjusted equitably as agreed by the Parties.
E. If, through no fault of Engineer, the orderly and continuous progress of Engineer’s services is impaired, or Engineer’s services are delayed or suspended, then the time for performance and completion of Engineer’s services shall be adjusted equitably.
Times for Rendering Services. 2.1 Specific time periods and/or specific dates for the performance of ENGINEER’s Services are set forth in Exhibit A.
2.2 If, through no fault of Engineer, such periods of time or dates are changed, or the orderly and continuous progress of Engineer’s services is impaired, or Engineer’s services are delayed or suspended, then the time for completion of Engineer’s services, and the rates and amounts of Engineer’s compensation, shall be adjusted equitably.
2.3 If Owner authorizes changes in the scope, extent, or character of the Project or Engineer’s services, then the time for completion of Engineer’s services, and the rates and amounts of Engineer’s compensation, shall be adjusted equitably.
2.4 Owner shall make decisions and carry out its other responsibilities in a timely manner so as not to delay the Engineer’s performance of its services. If ENGINEER's services are delayed or suspended in whole or in part by OWNER for more than three months through no fault of ENGINEER, ENGINEER shall be entitled to equitable adjustment of the schedule and of rates and amounts of compensation provided for elsewhere in this Agreement to reflect, among other things, reasonable costs incurred by ENGINEER in connection with such delay or suspension and reactivation.
Times for Rendering Services. A. The Effective Date of the Task Order and the times for completing services or providing deliverables will be stated in each Task Order. Engineer is authorized to begin rendering services under a Task Order as of the Effective Date of the Task Order.
B. If, through no fault of Engineer, such periods of time or dates are changed, or the orderly and continuous progress of Engineer’s services is impaired, or Engineer’s services are delayed or suspended, then the time for completion of Engineer’s services, and the rates and amounts of Engineer’s compensation, shall be adjusted equitably.
C. If Owner authorizes changes in the scope, extent, or character of the Specific Project, or Engineer’s services, then the time for completion of Engineer’s services, and the rates and amounts of Engineer’s compensation, shall be adjusted equitably.
D. Owner shall make decisions and carry out its other responsibilities in a timely manner so as not to delay the Engineer’s performance of its services.
Times for Rendering Services. JEO’s services and compensation under this agreement have been agreed to in anticipation of the orderly and continuous progress of the project through completion. Unless specific periods of time or specific dates for providing services are specified in the scope of services, JEO’s obligation to render services hereunder shall be for a period which may reasonably be required for the completion of said services. If specific periods of time for rendering services are set forth or specific dates by which services are to be completed are provided, and if such periods of time or date are changed through no fault of JEO, the rates and amounts of compensation provided for herein shall be subject to equitable adjustment. If the owner has requested changes in the scope, extent, or character of the project, the time of performance of XXX’s services shall be adjusted equitably.
Times for Rendering Services. 5.1. If, in this Agreement, specific periods of time for rendering services are set forth or specific dates by which services are to be completed are provided, and if such periods of time or dates are changed through no fault of ENGINEER, the rates and amounts of compensation and times within which to render services provided for herein may be subject to equitable adjustment by the OWNER. If OWNER has requested changes in the scope, extent or character of the Project, the time of performance of ENGINEER’S services shall be adjusted equitably by the OWNER. The anticipated period of service for each phase of the Project is outlined in the schedule attached hereto as Attachment C.
Times for Rendering Services. JEO’s services and compensation under this agreement have been agreed to in anticipation of the orderly and continuous progress of the project through completion. Unless specific periods of time or specific dates for providing services are specified in the scope of services, JEO’s obligation to render services hereunder shall be for a period which may reasonably be required for the completion of said services.
Times for Rendering Services. If, in Schedule A, specific periods of time for rendering Services, specific deadlines for Services to be completed are established, and if such periods of times or dates are changed through no fault of PROVIDER, the rates and amounts of compensation provided for herein shall be subject to equitable adjustment as provided below. 2.2 If the specific periods of time for rendering services or specific dates by which services are to be completed are changed through no fault of ENGINEER, ENGINEER the rates and amounts of compensation provided for herein shall be subject to equitable adjustment. If OWNER has requested in the scope, extent, or character of the Project, the time of performance and compensation for ENGINEER's services shall be adjusted equitably.
2.3 If ENGINEER's services are delayed or suspended in whole or in part by OWNER for more than three months through no fault of ENGINEER, ENGINEER shall be entitled to equitable adjustment of rates and amounts of compensation provided for elsewhere in this Agreement to reflect, among other things, reasonable costs incurred by ENGINEER in connection with such delay or suspension and reactivation and the fact that the time for performance under this Agreement has been revised.
