As-Constructed Drawings. Agency must obtain approval from the Region 1 Traffic Manager for changes to the Project’s scope, schedule, or budget by submitting a request through State’s project liaison or manager by written notification, e-mail is acceptable. Agency shall be fully responsible for cost increases due to changes to the established Project scope, schedule, or budget made prior to approval. The Parties shall execute an amendment to this Agreement to memorialize any approved changes referenced in this paragraph.
As-Constructed Drawings. Clause re-named to “Plan of Record Drawings”.
As-Constructed Drawings. 9.1 The MTO shall be responsible for submitting the final “as constructed” drawings to the City for the Bridge Works. Drawings shall be in in the format provided by the Contractor.
As-Constructed Drawings. 1. During the progress of the contract, the Contractor shall maintain on site a set of record drawings marked with all modifications and revisions as the Works progresses.
2. The marked-up drawings shall be made available to the Project Manager for inspection and checking at any time during the contract.
As-Constructed Drawings. 15.1 The Developer shall be responsible for submitting to the County final "as constructed" drawings for the Works. Drawings shall be in AutoCAD version 2000 format.
As-Constructed Drawings. The Company shall provide to the Municipality, at its own expense and within two months of completing the construction or installation of any of the Equipment, As-Constructed Drawings in an electronic and/or hard copy format as mutually agreed upon between the Parties.
As-Constructed Drawings. CONTRACTOR shall provide the OWNER a final set of as-constructed drawings showing elevations of key project elements, inverts of pipes, culverts, critical utilities, elvations of structures, grading, etc. completed by a registered Colorado Land Surveyor. As-constructed drawings shall be completed in a format and detail that can be used for verification of grades and elevations after project completion.
As-Constructed Drawings. A.5.1 To provide to the Town, a complete set of engineering drawings showing the final plan and profile locations of all services (as constructed) including building connections, the accuracy of which shall be certified by the Professional Engineer supervising the construction. The said drawings shall be in the form of electronic CAD files and plastic transparencies and in a condition acceptable to the Town’s Manager of Operations. In addition, three copies of white paper prints of the “as constructed” drawings shall be provided to the Town’s Manager of Operations for Town files and records.
As-Constructed Drawings. The Contractor must supply as constructed drawings which comply with the requirements of the Contract as a requirement of practical completion. Unless the requirements for as constructed drawings are specified elsewhere in the Contract or the Superintendent otherwise directs, as constructed drawings must:
(a) be in accordance with AS1100.101-1992: Technical Drawing – General;
(b) show all levels reduced to AHD;
(c) show grid co-ordinates as GDA94;be black and white with line types and thickness to suit;
(d) be certified by a surveyor registered under the Surveyors Act 2003 (Qld);
(e) be provided to the Superintendent:
(i) for approval under subclause 8.3, in a printed hardcopy format and an electronic vector based DWG format suitable for CAD and GIS purposes;
(ii) in final in the following formats:
(A) digital DWG file (including plotting (e.g. PCP) files) in AutoCAD format on CD;
(B) digital PDF file on CD; and
(C) A3 size paper hard copy; and
(f) contain measured levels not 'as calculated' values.'
8.8 Construction Records (Hand Over Data) Insert a new subclause 8.8 as follows:
As-Constructed Drawings. 2.13.1 Throughout the progress of construction, the Design-Builder shall maintain a thorough up-to-date record of all changes on the Plans during actual construction. Prior to Initial Acceptance by the Owner, the Design-Builder shall file with the Owner one (1) set of complete reproducible drawings with all changes and Design-Builder’s field construction notes neatly and legibly recorded thereon. Such information shall be used to prepare record drawings for the Owner.
