Tool Allowance 6. 12.01. All journeymen and apprentices shall supply the basic tools of their respective trades. A list of the basic tools for each trade will be developed by the Company and reviewed with the Union.

Tool Allowance 6. 12.01 All journeymen and apprentices shall supply the basic tools of their respective trades. A list of the basic tools for each trade will be developed by the City and reviewed with the Union upon request. 6.12.02 The City will replace or repair those tools which are worn out or broken through reasonable wear and tear while performing the work of the City. 6.12.03 Employees are responsible for properly securing their tools, and any tools supplied by the City, throughout the work shift and at the end of each shift. The City will replace the employee’s personal tools when such tools:  are destroyed by fire on the City’s premises; or  are lost through theft by forced entry of a designated storage place. Replacement of the employee’s personal tools shall be limited to the list outlined in Appendix II.

  • Tool Allowance (a) A tool allowance as set in the relevant Wage Tables in Appendix A per week shall be paid for all purposes to:-

  • Meal Allowance A shift worker who works a qualifying shift of eight hours or the rostered shift, whichever is the greater, and who is required to work more than one hour beyond the end of the shift (excluding any break for a meal) shall be paid a meal allowance of $7.95, or, at the option of the employer, be provided with a meal.

  • Meal Allowances Employees assigned to be in travel status between the employee's temporary or permanent work station and a field assignment shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of meals including a reasonable gratuity. Employees must meet the following conditions to be eligible for meal reimbursement:

  • CAR ALLOWANCE The Company shall provide the Executive an automobile allowance of $750 per month during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder.

  • First Aid Allowance An employee who has been trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. Xxxx's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid a weekly allowance of $11.50 if appointed by their employer to perform first aid duty.

  • Shoe Allowance The Employer will provide reimbursement of up to a maximum of eighty five ($85.00) dollars per year, for purchasing or repairing, safety shoes for full-time employees who have completed their probationary period and are required by the Employer to wear safety shoes. The style and colour of the shoes must be approved by the Employer. Employees in the following classifications and/or departments are eligible to avail themselves of the shoe allowance: Banquet Culinary Guest Services Housemen/Housepersons Fairmont Lounge Housekeeping In Room Dining Laundry Stewarding Velvet Glove Front Desk Employees will receive said amount so long as the shoes are worn on the job. Upon providing the Employer in ample time- at least twenty four (24) hours before the date of the pay period ending, of proof of either purchase or repair, payment will be made on the pay period following.

  • Travel Allowance 18.01 The existing Board travel allowance shall be paid to an Occasional Teacher. This shall only apply when replacing an itinerant teacher.

  • Per Diem Allowance A per diem allowance of seven dollars and thirty-five cents ($7.35) may be claimed for each twenty-four (24) hour period while away from home.
