Tradeshows. FII will reimburse eligible costs related to tradeshow floor space and participation where the Recipient is attending and exhibiting on behalf of the industry to promote generic industry messages and branding. In cases where the Recipient has a generic booth and individual companies occupy space on or immediately adjacent to the booth, FII will share eligible floor space costs only for the integrated presence. Tradeshows. LICENSEE will not be obligated to attend tradeshows, however, if LICENSOR requests that LICENSEE attend a particular tradeshow or tradeshows with good reason, and the Parties mutually agree that LICENSEE’s attendance at such particular tradeshow or tradeshows will be a commercially reasonable business expense, then LICENSEE cannot unreasonably withhold its compliance with LICENSOR’s request. LICENSEE shall at all times make commercially reasonable efforts to provide LICENSOR with any Licensed Product samples that it may request to display in LICENSOR’s own booth at a national or regional tradeshow. Samples will be provided by LICENSEE in a timely fashion to LICENSOR at its preferred receiving location in advance of such national or regional tradeshow to ensure timely booth setup and merchandising. For any national or regional tradeshow that LICENSEE attends pursuant to this Section 9.3, LICENSEE will arrange for a dedicated space in a booth of its own (if dedicated space in the LICENSOR’s booth is not available), at which booth the Licensed Products will be displayed as set forth herein with staffing by sales personnel who shall have responsibility solely for the promotion and sale of those Licensed Products. Only Approved Licensed Products can be displayed at any tradeshow. The location and design of any such booth is subject to LICENSOR’s prior written approval. It is agreed and understood by the Parties that when LICENSEE uses dedicated space in LICENSOR’s booth, LICENSEE shall rent such space from LICENSOR, and LICENSEE shall pay to LICENSOR its then prevailing rates for such space no later than forty-five (45) calendar days after the end of such tradeshow. Rental rates shall be calculated on a per square footage basis.
Tradeshows. Intel and Liberate shall participate together at consumer-oriented trade shows such as Comdex, CES and CeBIT, provided Intel allocates booth space for Liberate at such trade shows. Such allocation shall be in Intel's sole discretion but will not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Listings <<customer_name>> shall provide all new, changed and deleted listings on a timely basis and BellSouth or its agent will include <<customer_name>> residential and business customer listings in the appropriate White Pages (residential and business) or alphabetical directories. Directory listings will make no distinction between <<customer_name>> and BellSouth subscribers.

  • Training and Education SECTION 1 – Law Enforcement Supervisors’ Training The state and the PBA recognize the importance of supervisor training programs to develop management skills in our law enforcement supervisors. The state will make a reasonable effort to continue existing training programs in law enforcement techniques and to develop new programs in performance review techniques, supervisory skills, and managerial techniques.

  • Advertising and Promotional Materials The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the Vendor shall have the right to use drawings, photographs, videos or other depictions of the interior and/or exterior of the Dwelling and/or the Subdivision or any components or features thereof in any promotional or advertising materials without notice to or consent from the Purchaser being required in any manner whatsoever.

  • Advertising and Marketing Except in so far as herein expressly provided, the Service Provider shall not make or issue any formal or informal announcement (with the exception of Stock Exchange announcements), advertisement or statement to the media in connection with this Agreement or otherwise disclose the existence of this Agreement or the subject matter thereof to any other person without the prior written consent of SARS.
