Reports from the Sheriff’s Department apprise emergency managers of flooded intersections due to storm drains being stopped up.

All de-identified data generated or collected by Badger Meter through operation of the Portal and Service is referred to as the “Traffic Data.” For purposes of this agreement, “de-identified” shall mean all information that constitutes personally identifiable information or can otherwise be used to determine the identity of a user, including without limitation, entity or individuals’ names, mailing addresses, service addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, IP address, and latitudinal / longitudinal data that has been permanently removed or modified so it in no way can be traced back to the original individual or entity. All Traffic Data shall be the Confidential Information of and owned exclusively by Badger Meter, provided all collection and use thereof shall comply with Badger Meter’s then-current Privacy Policy.
