Training for the Collective Bargaining Agreement Sample Clauses

Training for the Collective Bargaining Agreement. The District will provide a joint training for principals, stewards, and appropriate district administration for the purpose of understanding the collective bargaining agreement. This annual training will include grievance proceedings, time lines, due process, win/win process and any negotiated changes to the agreement. This training will take place in September or October, based upon a mutually agreed upon date, after ratification of new or updated Collective Bargaining Agreement language. During years that negotiations for a successor agreement are not conducted, the training will only be comprised of new or updated language agreements that are a result of “reopener” bargaining.
