Transfer Back to Bargaining Unit. Any person previously employed in the bargaining unit, upon being transferred to a position within the bargaining unit, shall be credited for seniority purposes with the seniority held at the time of their transfer from the bargaining unit. The Company will endeavour to implement each transfer at such times and in such manner that no employee with seniority will be laid off as a direct result thereof.
