Transfer from Other Vacation Accrual Dates. For Employers who currently operate on a vacation accrual system based on some other timeframe than July 1 to June 30 (i.e., calendar year, April 1 to March 31 fiscal year, etc.), they shall move to the Provincial Agreement language (Article 45.01 - 45.06) effective July 1, 1997 when they will commence to accrue vacation entitlement to be taken during the 1998 calendar year.
