TRANSFER RULES. The transfer rules which currently apply are described in the Data Pages. We have the right to change these rules. Any change will be made upon advance notice to you. A student who transfers after having: X. attended one class or B. filed the Agreement for Participation during the defined sports season or practices with team on or after the first official practice date must wait sixty (60) days to become eligible. This may be waived for a xxxx fide change in residence. The Sixty Days may be waived following league/Committee review if all of the following conditions are met to the satisfaction of the Committee at it’s sole and absolute discretion for a non-member to member transfer: A. The student has completed a Transfer Form; B. The parents provide a statement detailing the reason for the transfer; C. The student enrolls in the SCISA member school on or before: 1. TRANSFER RULES. 10.8.1. Teamsters dispatched and working as such under and pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement may transfer equipment from one Local Union's jurisdiction to another and continue to work and need not transfer Locals. However, after six (6) consecutive months he or she will transfer into the Local that has area jurisdiction.
10.8.2. The Chapters agree to continue to recognize the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining representative of employees over whom the Union has jurisdiction subject to rights of employees prescribed in Section 9(2) of the Labor-Management Relations Act as amended.

The Investment Funds may consist of funds which are classified as "Type A" Investment Options or "Type B" Investment Options or any other type which may be specified in the Certificate, as Equitable designates in its discretion for purposes of the transfer rules described in the Certificate. The Certificate will specify whether such Investment Options are designated Type A or Type B, or another type as well as the minimum or maximum limits on transfers which apply.
TRANSFER RULES. (Contract Section 4.02) The provisions of Section 4.02 of the Contract shall govern except that the maximum percentage of the amount in the Guaranteed Interest Option, which may be transferred, as described in Section 4.02 of the Contract, is the greater of 25% or the total amount transferred during the previous twelve months. Restrictions on Transfers into the Guaranteed Interest Option: Transfers into the Guaranteed Interest Option will not be permitted if it would result in more than 25% of the Annuity Account Value to be in the Guaranteed Interest Option. We may suspend these transfer restrictions upon notice to Participants. We will advise Participants of any such liberalization. We will also advise Participants at least 45 days in advance of the day we intend to reimpose any such restrictions, unless we have previously specified that date when we notified Participants of the liberalization.

14.1.2 When considering transfers the Superintendent shall take into account the needs of the District as well as, but not limited to, the following: -appropriate credential -academic preparation -training and experience
14.1.3 Requests for voluntary transfer shall be considered prior to making involuntary transfers.

14.1.2 Each month of every year, from March to February, excluding the period August 1 through the 46th day school is in session, a notice of vacant positions for the coming school year, indicating number, type, and special qualifications, if any, shall be posted electronically and distributed via a monthly email notification to all unit members. As new openings occur, unit members may contact Human Resources to express interest in a transfer.
14.1.2.1 Each year during the period January 1 through February 28, the District will poll all unit members, to provide an opportunity for unit members to express an interest for transfers (if desired) during the following school year. Interest in transfers shall include the grade level span (e.g. TK-3, 4-6, 7-8) or subject area (7-12). Interest forms will be kept on file in the Human Resources Department.
14.1.2.2 Expression of interest in a transfer will serve as a formal request for transfer.
14.1.2.3 Unit members who have expressed an interest in a transfer will be included in the group of applicants receiving interviews. If the unit member is not chosen, that person will receive a letter of notification from the Human Resources Department.
14.1.2.4 Administration reserves the right to refuse the transfer request.
