Transfer to Casual Status Sample Clauses

Transfer to Casual Status. A regular employee who is laid off shall be entitled to transfer to casual status. Other regular employees may transfer to casual status provided that the Employer requires additional casual employees. Upon transfer such employees shall be entitled only to such benefits as are available to casual employees. Such employees shall maintain all accumulated seniority and benefits to the date of the transfer.
