Transfers and Discharges. You may leave our Facility at any time without prior notice to us. We will help arrange for your voluntary discharge or transfer to another facility. Except in an emergency, we will not transfer you to another room within our Facility, or to another facility, and we will not discharge you from our Facility against your wishes, unless we give prior written notice to you.   • Suspension and Discharge An employee who has not completed the probationary period may be released without appeal through the grievance procedure.
