Common use of Transport of Employees Clause in Contracts

Transport of Employees. Where an employee after having worked overtime has to travel at a time when reasonable means of transport is not available his or her employer will provide him or her with a conveyance to and/or from his or her home or pay him or her ordinary time for the time reasonably occupied in travelling to and/or from his or her home.
