Common use of Transport of Employees Clause in Contracts

Transport of Employees. Where an employee normally uses public transport and is expressly required to commence and/or conclude overtime or shift work between 8.30 p.m. and 6.00 a.m. at a time when public transport is not available, the Company shall provide such employee with a conveyance to and/or from their residence or pay them their current wage for the time reasonably occupied in travelling to and/or from their residence.
