TRAVEL AND ROOM AND BOARD ALLOWANCE. 1100 A. (iii) If an employee lives within 56 to 80 radius kilometers of the project, he shall receive $34.02 per day travel allowance effective May 1, 2020, ($34.36 effective May 1, 2021, $34.70 effective May 1, 2022, $35.05 effective May 1, 2023, $35.40 effective May 1, 2024) for each day worked or reported for. (iv) If an employee lives within 80 to 97 radius kilometers of the project, he shall receive $39.01 per day travel allowance effective May 1, 2020, ($39.40 effective May 1, 2021, $39.79 effective May 1, 2022, $40.19 effective May 1, 2023, $40.59 effective May 1, 2024) for each day worked or reported for.

The daily travel allowance will be paid by the Daily Employer to their employees who are not living in Travel camp or receiving a subsistence allowance as Allowance referred to in Subsection 1201, on the following basis: Effective May 1, 2011 the following travel rings will be as follows. (i) If an employee lives within 40 radius kilometers of the work location or declared assembly point* no travel allowance will be paid. (ii) If an employee lives within 40 to 56 radius kilometers of the work location or declared assembly point, he shall receive $24.60 per day travel allowance for each day worked or reported for. Effective May 1, 2012, the rate will be $25.33. Effective May 1, 2013, the rate will be $26.09. (iii) If an employee lives within 56 to 80 radius kilometers of the work location or declared assembly point, he shall receive $28.53 per day travel allowance for each day worked or reported. Effective May 1, 2012, the rate will be $29.39. Effective May 1, 2013, the rate will be $30.27. (iv) If an employee lives within 80 to 97 radius kilometers of the work location or declared assembly point, he shall receive $32.48per day travel allowance for each day worked or reported for. Effective May 1, 2012, the rate will be $33.45. Effective May 1, 2013, the rate will be $34.45. (v) If an employee lives greater than 97 radius kilometers from the work location or declared assembly point, and does not qualify for subsistence allowance under Subsection 1201 below, he shall receive $36.13 per day travel allowance for each day worked or reported for provided the employee continues to travel greater than 97 radius kilometers daily. Effective May 1, 2012, the rate will be $37.22. Effective May 1, 2013, the rate will be $38.33. (vi) When an employee is directed to report to a location that involves travelling around a natural barrier, the distance around the natural barrier shall be the shortest distance measured by a series of straight lines. The sum of the distance of these straight lines shall be applied to the ring concept to establish the employee's travel allowance entitlement, board allowance entitlement and initial and return allowance entitlement. (vii) A natural barrier is defined as any obstruction or impediment which creates an unreasonable relationship between radius kilometers and actual kilometers travelled. *For the purpose of this Section, "declared assembly point" is a material yard, field office or other location that may from time to time be...

The daily travel allowance will be paid by the Daily Employer to their employees who are not living in Travel camp or receiving a subsistence allowance as Allowance referred to in Subsection 1201, on the following basis: Effective May 1, 2022 the following travel rings will be as follows. (i) If an employee lives within less than 50 road-driven kilometers of the work location or declared assembly point* no travel allowance will be paid. (ii) If an employee lives within 50 to 70 road-driven kilometers of the work location or declared assembly point, they shall receive $29.53 per day travel allowance for each day worked or reported for. Effective May 1, 2023, the rate will be $30.42. Effective May 1, 2024, the rate will be $31.02. Effective May 1, 2025, the rate will be $31.64. (iii) If an employee lives within 71 to 95 road-driven kilometers of the work location or declared assembly point, they shall receive $34.27 per day travel allowance for each day worked or reported. Effective May 1, 2023, the rate will be $35.30. Effective May 1, 2024, the rate will be $36.00. Effective May 1, 2025, the rate will be $36.72. (iv) If an employee lives within 96 to 110 road-driven kilometers of the work location or declared assembly point, they shall receive $38.99 per day travel allowance for each day worked or reported for. Effective May 1, 2023, the rate will be $40.16. Effective May 1, 2024, the rate will be $40.96. Effective May 1, 2025 the rate will be $41.78. (v) If an employee lives greater than 110 road-driven kilometers from the work location or declared assembly point, and does not qualify for subsistence allowance under Subsection 1201 below, they shall receive $43.37 per day travel allowance for each day worked or reported for provided the employee continues to travel greater than 110 road-driven kilometers daily. Effective May 1, 2023, the rate will be $44.67. Effective May 1, 2024, the rate will be $45.57. Effective May 1, 2025, the rate will be $46.48.

(ii) If an employee lives within forty (40) to fifty-six (56) actual kilometres of the work location or declared assembly point, they shall receive $27.96 effective April 1, 2019, $28.24 effective April 1, 2020, $28.52 effective April 1, 2021 per day travel allowance for each day worked or reported for. (iii) If an employee lives within fifty-six (56) to eighty (80) actual kilometres of the work location or declared assembly point, they shall receive $33.45 effective April 1st, 2019, $33.79 effective April 1, 2020, $34.12 effective April 1, 2021 per day travel allowance for each day worked or reported for. (iv) If an employee lives within eighty (80) to ninety-seven (97) actual kilometres of the work location or declared assembly point, they shall receive $36.91 effective April 1, 2019, $37.27 effective April 1, 2020, $37.65 effective April 1, 2021 per day travel allowance for each day worked or reported for. (v) If an employee lives greater than ninety-seven (97) actual kilometres from the work location or declared assembly point and does not qualify for subsistence allowance under Section 1201 below, they shall receive $41.07 effective April 1, 2019, $41.48 effective April 1, 2020, $41.89 effective April 1, 2021 per day travel allowance for each day worked or reported for, provided the Employee continues to travel greater than ninety-seven (97) actual kilometres daily. (vi) When an employee is directed to report to a location that involves travelling around a natural barrier, the distance around the natural barrier will be measured using an electronic mapping system agreed to by the parties to establish the employee's travel allowance entitlement, board allowance entitlement and initial and return allowance entitlement. (vii) A natural barrier is defined as any obstruction or impediment that creates an unreasonable relationship between radius kilometres and actual kilometres travel.   • Travel Allowance 18.01 The existing Board travel allowance shall be paid to an Occasional Teacher. This shall only apply when replacing an itinerant teacher.

  • Travel Allowances There shall be no payments for travel expenses, travel time, subsistence allowance or other such reimbursements or special pay except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.

  • Fares and Travel Allowance All Employees shall be entitled to receive the fares and travel allowance as follows:

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.

  • Car Allowance The Company shall provide the Executive an automobile allowance of $750 per month during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder.

  • Company Policies and Benefits The employment relationship between the parties shall also be subject to the Company’s personnel policies and procedures as they may be interpreted, adopted, revised or deleted from time to time in the Company’s sole discretion. Executive will be eligible to participate on the same basis as similarly situated employees in the Company’s benefit plans in effect from time to time during Executive’s employment. All matters of eligibility for coverage or benefits under any benefit plan shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of such plan. The Company reserves the right to change, alter, or terminate any benefit plan in its sole discretion. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the terms of this Agreement differ from or are in conflict with the Company’s general employment policies or practices, this Agreement shall control.

  • Travelling Allowance Where an employee is required to attend or conduct a clinic away from their base hospital, or attend to employer business away from their base hospital, the employer shall, wherever possible, pay all accommodation, meals and travel costs (i.e. the employee shall not be required to pay for such expenses and get reimbursed at a later date). Employees shall be entitled, with prior approval, to claim any actual and reasonable expenses incurred.

  • Travel time allowance All employees shall be paid an allowance (See Appendix A) for each day on which they present themselves for work. The allowance shall also be paid for rostered days off.

  • Cleaning Allowance The University will pay for the cleaning of Department issued uniforms and necessary work clothing requiring cleaning worn by employees assigned to non-uniformed positions.
