Travel Expenses on Transfer. (a) Initial trip to seek new accommodation: The Employer shall grant, with no loss of base pay, prior to transfer, at a time mutually agreeable to Employer and employee, up to three (3) days plus reasonable travel time, to an employee being transferred and shall reimburse the employee for travel expenses for the employee and his/her spouse in accordance with the current regulations. Any time beyond specified time may be charged against the employee's annual vacation credits; however, expenses will not be payable. This leave must be for the specific purpose of locating accommodation, with the intent, in as many instances as possible, that furniture and household effects may be delivered directly to the new residence.

Anytime beyond specified time may be charged against the Employee's annual vacation credits; however, expenses will not be payable. This leave must be for the specific purpose of locating accommodation, with the intent, in as many instances as possible, that furniture and household effects may be delivered directly to the new residence.
