Traveling Unit Members. Traveling unit members (unit members assigned to more than one (1) school site) shall not be assigned adjunct duty time.
Traveling Unit Members a. Unit members who are evaluated under OhioES and who travel between two buildings will be observed by building administrators in each building the unit member serves. There shall be at least one (1) formal observation and conference and at least one (1) informal observation and conference. Each building’s administrator will observe the traveling unit member at least once during the evaluation cycle. Building administrators from both buildings will attend the summative conference. If a unit member spends at least seventy-five (75) percent of their time in one building, they will be evaluated by their home school administrator. b. Unit members who are not evaluated under OhioES will be evaluated by his/her principal or direct supervisor.
Traveling Unit Members. Unit members who spend time at more than one site shall be evaluated by one mutually agreed upon pre- designated administrator with input from administrators at other sites to which the unit member is assigned.
Traveling Unit Members. Unit Members required to travel between work sites during the workday shall be provided travel time separate from their daily duty-free lunch period and duty-free break. Travel time is subject to administrator approval. The Anaheim Elementary School District (AESD) and Anaheim Elementary Education Association (AEEA) hereby enter into this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) as follows:
Traveling Unit Members. A. A classroom teacher or teaching assistant who travels is defined as one whose work assignments require him/her to work in more than one of four buildings. B. A unit member who travels shall have the same assignment as any other unit member (i.e. secondary assignment – five classes, two assigned supervisory assignments, one preparation period). Should the District assign a daily schedule requiring that the teacher move from site to site within the District during the regular hours of instruction, one of the supervisory assignments shall be waived. C. The building administrator will make every effort to provide traveling unit members with a single classroom or teaching station within the building. D. Positions for traveling unit members shall be filled by first asking for volunteers. E. Traveling unit member’s hours of employment shall be determined by the member’s daily starting time each day. F. Teachers traveling between the middle and high schools, or between the primary and intermediate schools, may not need travel time as stated in Article 9, Section 11(B). The principals will work with the teacher and the Association representative to schedule this so as to have the least impact on the teacher.

(c) Except as otherwise provided in the Delaware Act, the debts, obligations and liabilities of the Company, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise, shall be solely the debts, obligations and liabilities of the Company, and the Members shall not be obligated personally for any such debt, obligation or liability of the Company solely by reason of being a Member of the Company. (d) Except to the extent expressly provided in this Agreement: (i) no Member shall be entitled to the withdrawal or return of any Capital Contribution, except to the extent, if any, that distributions made pursuant to this Agreement or upon dissolution of the Company may be considered as such by law and then only to the extent provided for in this Agreement; (ii) no Member shall have priority over any other Member either as to the return of Capital Contributions or as to profits, losses or distributions; (iii) no interest shall be paid by the Company on Capital Contributions; and (iv) no Member, in its capacity as such, shall participate in the operation or management of the Company’s business, transact any business in the Company’s name or have the power to sign documents for or otherwise bind the Company by reason of being a Member. (e) Any Member shall be entitled to and may have business interests and engage in business activities in addition to those relating to the Company, including business interests and activities in direct competition with the Company. Neither the Company nor any of the other Members shall have any rights by virtue of this Agreement in any such business interests or activities of any Member.

  • Labour Management Meetings The committee meeting shall normally be held every second month however, either party may call a meeting of the Joint Labour Management Committee. The meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initial request, unless mutually agreed.

  • Professional Memberships Each employee is eligible for reimbursement for membership fees or dues paid for the maintenance of a license required to perform employee’s job and for dues paid for membership in one additional job related professional association.

The business of a management meeting shall be to review the plans for remaining work and to deal with matters raised in accordance with the early warning procedure. 31.2 The Engineer shall record the business of management meetings and is to provide copies of his record to those attending the meeting and to the Employer. The responsibility of the parties for actions to be taken is to be decided by the Engineer either at the management meeting or after the management meeting and stated in writing to all who attended the meeting.

  • Membership Meetings At the request of the Union the University agrees to grant a two (2) hour period twice a calendar year for purposes of a regular membership meeting. The University agrees to grant time off from work without loss of pay to those Employees regularly scheduled to work during that time.

  • Shareholder Services Transfer Agent or its agent will investigate all inquiries from Shareholders of a Fund relating to Shareholder accounts and will respond to all communications from Shareholders and others relating to its duties hereunder and such other correspondence as may from time to time be mutually agreed upon between Transfer Agent and a Fund.
