Travelling allowance and accommodation - special sites. (a) Accommodation - Weipa Area - In substitution for those provisions contained in this Award relating to board, lodgings, and accommodation, employees employed on Construction Work in the Weipa area, and who are required either by direction of the employer or by reason of the distance from their homes to reside in accommodation provided by the employer shall be provided by the employer with board and accommodation free of charge and without deduction from the employees' wages: Provided that the board and accommodation supplied by the employer in accordance with clause 5.8.18 shall be of a reasonably good and sufficient standard.

  • Travelling Allowance Where an employee is required to attend or conduct a clinic away from their base hospital, or attend to employer business away from their base hospital, the employer shall, wherever possible, pay all accommodation and travel costs (i.e. the employee shall not be required to pay for such expenses and get reimbursed at a later date). Employees shall be entitled, with prior approval, to claim any actual and reasonable expenses incurred.
