Trial Period. (a) The Nurse shall be placed on a trial period for five hundred and twenty- eight (528) hours worked in the new position. If the Nurse proves unsatisfactory in the new position, or chooses to return to the Nurse’s former position, during the aforementioned trial period, the Nurse shall be returned to the Nurse’s former position and salary, without loss of Seniority, and any other Nurse promoted or transferred because of the re- arrangement of positions shall be returned to their former position and salary without loss of Seniority. (b) Conditional on satisfactory performance of duties, such trial appointments shall become permanent after the period of five hundred and twenty-eight (528) hours worked.
