Trial Programs. You may order trial Programs, or Oracle may include additional Programs with Your order which You may use for trial, non-production purposes only. You may not use the trial Programs to provide or attend third party training on the content and/or functionality of the Programs. You have 30 days from the Commencement Date to evaluate these Programs. To use any of these Programs after the 30 day trial period, You must obtain a license for such Programs from Oracle or an authorized reseller. If You decide not to obtain a license for any Program after the 30 day trial period, You will cease using and promptly delete any such Programs from Your computer systems. Programs licensed for trial purposes are provided “as is” and Oracle does not provide technical support or offer any warranties for these Programs.

Trial Programs. Ifbyphone may provide free demonstrations of the Service in accordance with certain terms and conditions. Ifbyphone reserves the right to suspend or terminate any trial programs or block access to trial programs, in its discretion, for any reason or no reason.

Ten (10) natural days before the termination of the 60 natural day trial period, You will receive and e-mail with the payment order corresponding to the first month payment for You to pay before these 10 natural days after its emission, if the payment is not performed, actions referring to Clause 22 of the present User Contract will be carried out.

Trial Programs. The State may order trial programs, or the Contractor may include additional programs with the State’s order, which it may use for trial, non-production purposes only at no cost. The State may not use the trial programs to provide or attend third party training on the content and/or functionality of the programs. The State has 60 days from the delivery date to evaluate these programs. If the State decides to use any of these programs after the 60-day trial period, it must obtain a license for such programs from the Contractor or an authorized distributor. If the State decides not to obtain a license for any program after the 60-day trial period, it will cease using and will delete any such programs from its computer systems. Programs licensed for trial purposes are provided “as is” and the Contractor does not provide technical support or offer any warranties for these programs.
Trial Programs. The City may wish to establish a trial bag drop program to see if there is sufficient demand for such services. The Lessee shall develop plans for the trial program and submit them, when requested, to the Manager of Golf Course Operations for review. The City from time to time may wish to test other programs that are being used at other leading courses around the country and the Lessee shall be responsible for developing and implementing such trial programs. The City will provide any capital investment required to support trial programs initiated by the City.
