Trial Subscriptions. 8.1 The Licensee and its Member Sites may from time to time during the Term of this License Agreement desire access to additional APA products identified in Schedules A and Schedule B to which the Licensee and/or its Member Sites have not purchased access for a limited, trial period (“Trial Subscription”) to determine their usefulness or suitability to the Licensee and/or its Member Sites. The APA agrees to offer the Licensee and/or its Member Sites the one-time option of obtaining pre-purchase free trial access to the Licensed Materials for a period of 30 days. This free trial is subject to availability.
8.2 The Licensee’s and/or Member Sites’ access to and use of all such APA products granted under a Trial Subscription shall be subject to and governed by all applicable Terms and Conditions of this License Agreement.

Trial Subscriptions. If Subscriber enters into a free trial for any of the Services (a “Trial Subscription”), MaestroQA will make such Services available on a trial basis free of charge until the earlier of (a) the end of the free trial period for which Subscriber has registered to use the applicable Service(s); (b) the start date of any subscription to such Service purchased by Subscriber for such Service(s); or (c) termination of the trial by MaestroQA in its sole discretion (the “Trial Period”). ANY SUBSCRIBER DATA ENTERED INTO THE SERVICES, AND ANY CONFIGURATIONS OR CUSTOMIZATIONS MADE TO THE SERVICES BY OR FOR SUBSCRIBER DURING A TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION WILL BE PERMANENTLY LOST UNLESS A SUBSCRIPTION TO THE SAME SERVICES COVERED BY THE TRIAL IS PURCHASED OR SUCH SUBSCRIBER DATA IS EXPORTED BEFORE THE END OF THE TRIAL PERIOD. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN THIS AGREEMENT, MAESTROQA WILL HAVE NO WARRANTY, INDEMNITY, SUPPORT, OR OTHER OBLIGATIONS WITH RESPECT TO TRIAL SUBSCRIPTIONS.
Trial Subscriptions. Where indicated in the applicable Order Form, Customer may receive free access or a trial or evaluation subscription to the Service (a “Trial Subscription”). If Customer receives a Trial Subscription, then Customer may use the Service in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable Order Form for the period designated in such Order Form or otherwise by Trimble (and if not designated, then for thirty (30) days) (“Trial Period”). Trial Subscriptions are permitted solely for Customer’s use to determine whether to purchase a full subscription to the Service. Customer may not use a Trial Subscription for any other purpose, including without limitation for competitive analysis. At the end of the Trial Period, the Trial Subscription will expire and Customer will have the option to purchase a full subscription to the Service. If Customer purchases a full subscription, all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement will apply to such purchase and the use of the Service unless otherwise specified in the Order Form for the Trial Subscription. Trimble has the right to terminate a Trial Subscription at any time for any reason. The Service may have a mechanism that limits access during the Trial Period and Trimble may otherwise restrict certain product functionality during the Trial Period. Customer will not attempt to circumvent any such mechanism or restriction. Trimble has no obligation to retain Customer Data used with a Trial Subscription during or after the Trial Period. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN THIS AGREEMENT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DURING THE TRIAL PERIOD THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND TRIMBLE WILL HAVE NO WARRANTY OR OTHER OBLIGATIONS WITH RESPECT TO TRIAL SUBSCRIPTIONS UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN THE APPLICABLE ORDER FORM.
Trial Subscriptions. If You selected one of the paid Subscription Plans, You may be eligible for an evaluation Subscription ("Trial Subscription"), as described in the Documentation or on the JetBrains Website. The Trial Subscription is free and must be used only to assess whether Datalore suits Your needs. You are eligible for one Trial Subscription. When the Trial Subscription ends, You will have the option to continue with a paid Subscription Plan, use the free Subscription Plan, or stop using Datalore. You can end the Trial Subscription at any time by discontinuing use of Datalore, as it has a feature that will disable Datalore automatically. Summary: Please pay attention to the time period for which You are entitled to use Datalore, the fact that it renews automatically, and the number of Users You have purchased.
Trial Subscriptions. If you apply for a trial subscription, you shall be informed of the full fee payable after the relevant trial period. After the expiry of the trial period, the Subscription shall renew automatically at the full fee unless you cancel the Subscription prior to the end of the trial period.
Trial Subscriptions. For a period designated in the Order Form or otherwise by Trimble (and if not designated, then for forty five (45) days) (“Trial Period”), the Administrator may designate Licensed Users to have free access or a “freemium” or trial subscription to use the Service in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement (an “Trial Subscription”). Trial Subscriptions are permitted solely for the Customer to use the Service. The Customer may not use a Trial Subscription for any other purposes, including without limitation for competitive analysis, except as may be designated in the Order Form. At the end of the Trial Period, the Trial Subscription will expire. If the Customer purchases a subscription, all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement with respect to Administrators and Licensed Users will apply to such purchase and the use of the Service for such number of Administrators and Licensed Users as specified in the Order Form for the Paid Subscription Term. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT TO THE CONTRARY, TRIMBLE WILL HAVE NO WARRANTY OR OTHER OBLIGATIONS WITH RESPECT TO TRIAL SUBSCRIPTIONS.
Trial Subscriptions. If Customer receives free access, paid trial, or evaluation subscription to the Hosted Service (a “Trial Subscription”), Customer may use the Hosted Service in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including Section 3.2) for the period designated in the Order Schedule (“Trial Period”). Trial Subscriptions are permitted solelyfor Customer’s use to determine whether to purchase a full subscription to the Hosted Service. Customer may not use a Trial Subscription for any other purposes. At the end of the Trial Period, the Trial Subscription will expire, and all Customer Data will be permanently deleted, unless Customer purchases a paid subscription to the Hosted Service (provided that the paid subscription is for the same Spirent product). If Customer purchases a full subscription, all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement will apply to such purchase and the use of the Hosted Service. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT TO THE CONTRARY, SPIRENT WILL HAVE NO WARRANTY, INDEMNITY, SUPPORT, OR OTHER OBLIGATIONS WITH RESPECT TO TRIALSUBSCRIPTIONS (WHICH ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS”).
Trial Subscriptions. 7.1. XOVIS may from time to time offer to its customer basis trial subscriptions to the Cloud Services or, as the case may be, to new service functionality or module in an alpha or beta development stage. Such trial subscriptions are provi- ded by XOVIS under these GTCs (whereby the special terms of this section 7 shall prevail) and are, under normal cir- cumstances, free of any charge.
7.2. Customer notes that all trial subscriptions are provided to Customer on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis with no warranties whatsoever (i.e. none of the warranty provisions as per these GTCs shall apply to any trial subscriptions, in- cluding but not limited to the warranty re: availability) and XOVIS liability with regard to such trial subscriptions shall be excluded or limited to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law. In addition, XOVIS shall be entirely free to, at its sole discretion and at any given point in time, suspend or terminate Customer’s trial subscription to alpha or beta functionalities or modules without stating any reason for doing so.
7.3. The primary purpose of any trial subscription to service functionality or modules in an alpha or beta development stage is to obtain feedback on the customer experience, the overall performance and service operation along with the identification of potential malfunctions and defects. As a consequence, Customer is advised to use alpha and beta functionalities or modules as provided by XOVIS with caution and safeguard important data in an appropriate manner and not to rely in any way on the correct processing of service requests or overall performance and/or the adequacy of any accompanying documentation.
7.4. XOVIS shall be entirely free to use any feedback or sug- gestions Customer may be providing (in whatever form or format) with regard to alpha or beta functionality or modu- les provided by XOVIS during a trial subscription, regardless of whether or not Customer has formally been invited to provide such feedback. If Customer provides such feedback to XOVIS, Customer shall grant XOVIS the following worldwi- de, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, fully paid up license to (a) make, use, copy, modify, sell, distribu- te, sub-license, and create derivative works of, the feedback as part of any XOVIS product, technology, service, specifi- cation or other documentation; (b) publicly perform or dis- play, import, broadcast, transmit, distribute, license, offer to sell, and sell, rent, leas...
Trial Subscriptions. Front may, at its option, offer new customers a limited free trial of the Services, subject to this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Front shall have the right to terminate a Customer free trial at any time and for any reason.
