Tuition Fee Discount. The Employer will not change its academic fee discount policy so as to adversely affect employees without the consent of the Union. Sessional employees will receive the same benefit of the fee discount policy all year. Information about the fee discount policy is available on request from the Human Resources Department or in the Human Resources section of the Employer’s website.
Tuition Fee Discount. This clause does not apply to a casual Employee or a fixed term Employee who is engaged for less than a full College Year. This clause does not apply to Kinder fees. a. Employees employed prior to 26th December 2019 A full time Employee whose child or children attend the College is entitled to a tuition fee discount of 25% or whatever maximum discount is permitted in accordance with section 42 of the Fringe Benefits Tax Assessment Act 1986 so as to not result in any fringe benefits tax liability for the College. A part-time Employee, of 0.4 FTE or above, is entitled to a tuition fee discount of 25%. A part-time Employee, of below 0.4 FTE, is entitled to a tuition fee discount on a pro rata basis based on the Employee’s full-time equivalent fraction. E.g.: a 0.35 FTE employee, employed prior to 26th December 2019, would be entitled to a tuition fee discount of (0.35 x 25%) = 8.75%. b. New Employees employed on or after 26th December 2019
Tuition Fee Discount. 33.1 A Staff Member other than a Casual Staff Member or a Sessional Music Teacher, or a Fixed Term Staff Member whose child or children attend the School is entitled to a general tuition fee discount. At the time of making this Agreement, the general tuition fee discount is 50 per cent for a Full-Time Staff Member. A Part-Time Staff Member is entitled to a general tuition fee discount on a pro rata basis based on the Staff Member’s ordinary hours of work. 33.2 Where a Staff Member’s child is awarded a scholarship, the Staff Member may either choose to pay fees discounted pursuant to this clause or pay fees at scholarship rates, but not both. 33.3 Where both parents of a child or children attending the School are employed by Woodleigh School, only one general tuition fee discount will apply. 33.4 In order to be eligible for a general tuition fee discount, a Staff Member must: (a) pay the set student entry fee and the application fee in full prior to the commencement of enrolment; (b) agree to pay fees via automatic salary deduction, or as agreed with Woodleigh School; and (c) agree to keep the account in line with Woodleigh School’s Terms of Business. 33.5 A Staff Member is eligible for a general tuition fee discount for only the first 12 months of an approved period of leave without pay, unless otherwise agreed with the Principal. 33.6 Additional charges for extras are not subject to any discount. Such charges include, but are not limited to, the consolidated charge, the building levy, and costs for camps, books, music tuition and excursions. 33.7 General tuition fee discounts do not apply to any other services, including child care and outside school hours care. 33.8 The general tuition fee discount is subject to review by the Board. The Board may vary the rate of the general tuition fee discount by providing participating Staff Members with three (3) years notice.

  • Tuition Fees The Employer agrees to pay tuition fees for continuing education courses as follows: a) Employer initiated – 100% of course fees upon successful completion of course. b) Employee initiated – 50% of course fees upon successful completion.   • Origination Fees As compensation for the investigation, selection, sourcing and acquisition or origination of Loans, the Company shall pay an Origination Fee to the Advisor for each such acquisition or origination. With respect to the acquisition or origination of a Loan to be wholly owned by the Company, the Origination Fee payable to the Advisor shall equal 1% of the amount funded by the Company to acquire or originate the Loan, including any Acquisition Expenses related to such investment and any debt used to fund the acquisition or origination of the Loan. With respect to the acquisition of a Loan through any Joint Venture or any partnership in which the Company is, directly or indirectly, a co-venturer or partner, the Origination Fee payable to the Advisor shall equal 1% of the portion of the amount actually paid or allocated to acquire or originate the Loan, inclusive of the Acquisition Expenses associated with such Loan, plus the amount of any outstanding debt associated with such Loan that is attributable to the Company’s investment in the Joint Venture or partnership. The Company will not pay an Origination Fee to the Advisor with respect to any transaction pursuant to which the Company is required to pay the Advisor an Acquisition Fee. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the payment of Origination Fees by the Company shall be subject to the limitations on Acquisition Fees contained in (and defined in) the Company’s Articles of Incorporation. The Advisor shall submit an invoice to the Company following the closing or closings of each Loan, accompanied by a computation of the Origination Fee. The Origination Fee payable to the Advisor shall be paid at the closing of the transaction upon receipt of the invoice by the Company.

  • Application Fee Prior to the Resident being accepted to The Residence, a non-refundable Application Fee of $100 must be made. This Application Fee applies to each application and is not refundable in the event of cancellation or withdrawal of the Resident’s application. The amount of the Application Fee is detailed in Table 4.

  • Facility Fees (i) The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Tranche 1 Lender in accordance with its Applicable Tranche 1 Percentage, a ticking fee (the “Tranche 1 Ticking Fee”) equal to the Applicable Rate times the actual daily outstanding principal amount of the Aggregate Tranche 1 Commitments subject to adjustment as provided in Section 2.17. The Tranche 1 Ticking Fee shall accrue commencing on August 15, 2021 to the end of the Availability Period, and shall be due and payable quarterly in arrears on the last Business Day of each March, June, September and December, commencing with the first such date to occur after the Effective Date, and on the last day of the Availability Period. The Tranche 1 Ticking Fee shall be calculated quarterly in arrears, and if there is any change in the Applicable Rate during any quarter, the actual daily amount shall be computed and multiplied by the Applicable Rate separately for each period during such quarter that such Applicable Rate was in effect. (ii) The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Tranche 2 Lender in accordance with its Applicable Tranche 2 Percentage, a ticking fee (the “Tranche 2 Ticking Fee”) equal to the Applicable Rate times the actual daily outstanding principal amount of the Aggregate Tranche 2 Commitments subject to adjustment as provided in Section 2.17.   • Termination Fees (a) If, but only if, the Agreement is terminated by: (i) either Parent or the Company pursuant to Section 7.1(b)(i) or by Parent pursuant to Section 7.1(d)(i) and (A) a Competing Proposal has been made to the Company after the date hereof and has not been withdrawn prior to the termination of this Agreement, and (B) within twelve (12) months after the termination of this Agreement, the Company (1) enters into a definitive agreement for the consummation of a Competing Proposal and such Competing Proposal is subsequently consummated (regardless of whether such consummation occurs within the twelve (12) month period) or (2) consummates a Competing Proposal, then the Company shall pay, or cause to be paid, to Parent the Termination Fee concurrently with the consummation of such transaction arising from such Competing Proposal (provided, however, that for purposes of this Section 7.3(a)(i), the references to “twenty percent (20%)” in the definition of Competing Proposal shall be deemed to be references to “fifty percent (50%)”); (ii) the Company pursuant to Section 7.1(c)(ii), then the Company shall pay, or cause to be paid, to Parent the Termination Fee concurrently with such termination; (iii) Parent pursuant to Section 7.1(d)(ii) or Section 7.1(d)(iii), then the Company shall pay, or cause to be paid, to Parent the Termination Fee not later than the second (2nd) Business Day following such termination; or (iv) the Company pursuant to Section 7.1(c)(v), and within twelve (12) months after the termination of this Agreement, the Company (1) enters into a definitive agreement for the consummation of a Competing Proposal and such Competing Proposal is subsequently consummated (regardless of whether such consummation occurs within the twelve (12) month period) or (2) consummates a Competing Proposal, then the Company shall pay, or cause to be paid, to Parent the Termination Fee concurrently with the consummation of such transaction arising from such Competing Proposal (provided, however, that for purposes of this Section 7.3(a)(iv), the references to “twenty percent (20%)” in the definition of Competing Proposal shall be deemed to be references to “fifty percent (50%)”). (b) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this Agreement, the parties agree that in no event shall the Company or Parent be required to pay the Termination Fee on more than one occasion. (c) Each of the parties hereto acknowledges that (i) the agreements contained in this Section 7.3 are an integral part of the Transactions, (ii) the Termination Fee is not a penalty but a reasonable amount that will compensate Parent in the circumstances in which such fee is payable for the efforts and resources expended and opportunities foregone while negotiating this Agreement and in reliance on this Agreement and on the expectation of the consummation of the Transactions, which amount would otherwise be impossible to calculate with precision, and (iii) without these agreements, the parties would not enter into this Agreement; accordingly, if the Company fails to timely pay any amount due pursuant to this Section 7.3 and, in order to obtain such payment, Parent commences a suit that results in a judgment against the Company or its successors for the payment of any amount set forth in this Section 7.3, the Company or its successors shall pay Parent its reasonable, documented out-of-pocket costs and expenses in connection with such suit, together with interest on such amount at the annual rate of five percent (5%) plus the prime rate as published in The Wall Street Journal in effect on the date such payment was required to be made through the date such payment was actually received, or such lesser rate as is the maximum permitted by applicable Law.
