TUITION STUDENTS. The Committee may accept for enrollment in the regional district school pupils from towns other than member towns on a tuition basis. Income received by the District from tuition pupils and not previously deducted from operating costs shall be deducted from the total operating costs in the next annual budget to be prepared after the receipt thereof, prior to apportionment under subsection FV(E) to the member towns.
TUITION STUDENTS. The Committee may accept for enrollment in the District students from towns other than the Member Towns as permitted by law on a tuition basis (as distinct from inter-district school choice) and upon such terms as the Committee may determine.
TUITION STUDENTS. (A) The Committee may accept for enrollment in the regional district school pupils from c o m m u n i t i e s other than member communities on a tuition basis. Income received by the District from tuition pupils and not previously deducted from operating costs shall be deducted from the total operating costs in the next annual budget to be prepared after the receipt thereof, prior to apportionment under S e ct i o n I V to the member communities, provided that income identified as a contribution to capital costs shall be applied to the capital budget.
(B) Subject to state law, and applicable regulations, effective June 30, 2018, it shall be the policy of the District to admit out-of-district students only based on tuitions and charges equal or greater than the District’s similarly-calculated average per pupil cost for in-district communities as determined by the Committee. Exceptions to this policy may only be made by two-thirds weighted vote of the Committee. The provisions of this paragraph (B) shall not apply to incoming school choice students under M.G.L. c. 76, § 12B.
TUITION STUDENTS. If all students from the Member School Districts have been accommodated and vacancies exists in School programs, the School may enroll tuition students in accordance with the provisions of the School Code, and subject to the consent of and under such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the Joint Operating Committee.

TUITION STUDENTS. Students residing outside the District may attend the District’s schools upon approval of the Committee and payment of tuition as determined. by the Committee unless students are attending under the School Choice Statute.
TUITION STUDENTS. The Board of Directors at in its sole discretion may accept students for the Program from a school administrative unit that is not a Party to this Agreement, provided that the sending school administrative unit pays all actual costs for the student services plus a supplemental fee, said costs and fee to be determined by the Board of Directors in its sole discretion. Priority for inclusion in any service offered by the Program shall be given to Parties.

Income received by the District from tuition pupils and not previously deducted from operating costs shall be deducted from the total operating costs in the next annual budget to be prepared after the receipt thereof, prior to apportionment under Section IV to the member municipalities. Tuition pupils may be accepted for enrollment only if there are sufficient facilities to accommodate them and only if the Committee has admitted to the regional school all qualified residents of the member municipalities who have applied for admission thereto.
TUITION STUDENTS. The Interstate District may accept tuition students consistent with law on such terms as the Interstate District School Board may determine are in the best interest of the Interstate District.
