TURF AERATION. A. All turf areas shall be aerated once per year, between February 15 and March 15. B. Aeration shall be accomplished by removing 1” diameter by 2” deep cores at a maximum spacing of 6” by use of a mechanical aeration machine. Contractor shall aerate first in one direction (East to West) then repeat the operation in the opposing direction (North to South). C. Contractor shall flag all irrigation heads and values to avoid damage. D. All cores shall be removed from the turf and disposed of offsite or thoroughly pulverized within twenty-four (24) hours after aerating at the discretion of the INSPECTOR. E. All walkways, roadways, trails, landscaped areas or other areas dirtied by aeration operations shall be cleaned and all debris disposed of offsite prior to the completion of this operation or the end of the day, whichever occurs first. F. Contractor shall display a “mowing in progress” sign for public notification on all scheduled mowing days and removed at the end of each work day.

TURF AERATION. All irrigated turf areas shall be core aerated once per year, unless otherwise directed by the TFC Contract Administrator, to promote turf health before fertilizing in April. Sprinkler heads should be flagged to avoid breakage from aeration process. Any damage caused during this process will be the responsibility of the Contractor.
TURF AERATION. The Contractor shall perform core aerations of turf (no mow areas excluded) as part of the base bid. Two (2) aerifications are required in all turf areas each year. The City may request that aeration plugs shall be properly destroyed so as to not pose a safety issue or interfere with the use of parks and facilities. The aeration schedule shall be coordinated with the City during the first month of the contract period. Additional turf aerations may be proposed, as "extra work" by the Contractor, in order to meet the designated standard. All proposals, and costs, must be approved by the City prior to additional turf aerations occurring.
TURF AERATION. Frequency of turf aeration shall be twice per year, on a schedule agreed upon by Contractor and City. The Contractor shall aerify the turf with a hollow core tine aerifier. The contractor shall remove debris generated by aerifying the turf and shall break up all plugs and work them into the soil.
TURF AERATION. All turf areas shall be aerated two times per year, in April and September. A coring- type aerator shall be used, and all sprinkler heads must be flagged prior to aeration. The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment and labor required for aeration. Turf aeration shall be included on the Draft/Initial Schedule of Duties as required in Section 5.8.

The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Architecture The Private Improvements shall have architectural features, detailing, and design elements in accordance with the Project Schematic Drawings. All accessory screening walls or fences, if necessary, shall use similar primary material, color, and detailing as on the Private Improvements.

  • Adjunct Faculty 5.1 Adjunct faculty" shall be used in this Agreement to mean temporary faculty as defined in California Education Code Section 87482.5. This definition shall also apply to tenured/tenure-track faculty who hold overload or other assignments outside of their regular contract assignment. Unless specifically stated to the contrary, the term “faculty” in Article V of this Agreement shall pertain to adjunct faculty. Temporary assignments of adjunct faculty will be made by management (within the limitations of the procedures set forth below) and shall be compensated as outlined in Article VIII. Except as delineated in this Agreement, adjunct faculty have no rights other than those provided in the California Education Code. The parties agree that all part-time faculty assignments are temporary in nature contingent on enrollment, funding, and program changes, and that no part-time faculty member has a reasonable assurance of continued employment at any point in time, regardless of the status, the length of service, or re-employment preference seniority, of the part-time faculty member. The District reserves the right of assignment.

  • Unbundled Channelization (Multiplexing) 5.7.1 To the extent NewPhone is purchasing DS1 or DS3 or STS-1 Dedicated Transport pursuant to this Agreement, Unbundled Channelization (UC) provides the optional multiplexing capability that will allow a DS1 (1.544 Mbps) or DS3 (44.736 Mbps) or STS-1 (51.84 Mbps) Network Elements to be multiplexed or channelized at a BellSouth central office. Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility. This service is available as defined in NECA 4. 5.7.2 BellSouth shall make available the following channelization systems and interfaces: 5.7.2.1 DS1 Channelization System: channelizes a DS1 signal into a maximum of twenty- four (24)
