DAYS TO BE WORKED. The Superintendent’s work year shall be based on 230 working days, with vacation and other paid leaves counting toward this total. The Superintendent shall devote such time and energies as are necessary to perform the duties specified during normal business hours, but it is expressly agreed that the duties of this position will require the Superintendent to work during times other than normal business hours.
DAYS TO BE WORKED. The Treasurer shall work 260 days per year and shall devote such time and energies as are necessary to perform the duties specified in the job description. These duties will generally be performed during normal business hours, but it is expressly agreed that the duties of this position will require the Treasurer to work during times other than normal business hours. Accordingly, the Treasurer may attend to personal matters to a reasonable extent during the work day.
DAYS TO BE WORKED. For purposes of clarification, teacher assistants shall work their regularly-assigned number of hours on all days when student schedules are not altered (full days). It is understood that teacher assistants may be asked to work prior to school beginning on an annual basis, consistent with teacher work days. Summer training opportunities may also be offered to teacher assistants. In the event that summer training is offered, the teacher assistant bargaining team shall meet with the superintendent in May of each year covered by this Agreement to determine the length of the training and compensation for same. Student schedules are normally altered (half-days) as follows:
DAYS TO BE WORKED. The Treasurer/CFO’s rate of pay shall be calculated on the basis of two hundred sixty (260) working days, inclusive of all holidays and vacation days. The Treasurer/CFO shall receive twelve (12) paid holidays and thirty (30) vacation days per contract year. The Treasurer/CFO shall devote such time and energies as are necessary to perform the duties specified in the Job Description. These duties will generally be performed during normal business hours, but it is expressly agreed that the duties of this position will require the Treasurer/CFO to work during times other than normal business hours. Hours worked under this agreement shall be at least thirty-two (32) hours per week
DAYS TO BE WORKED. The CEO’s rate of pay shall be on the basis of 225 work days annually, which does not include paid vacation or paid holidays. The CEO shall devote such time and energies as are necessary to perform the duties specified during normal business hours, but is expressly agreed that the duties of this position will require the CEO to work during times other than normal business hours.

The number of work days may be modified by the Board Superintendent or other Board designee, and any such modification shall be in writing and signed by the Parties. ASP’s work schedule must be approved by the Board Superintendent or other Board designee.

The Administrator shall devote such time and energies as are necessary to perform the duties specified during normal business hours, but it is expressly agreed that the duties of this position will require the Administrator to work during times other than normal business hours.

These duties will be performed during the normal business hours of the Superintendent’s Office, but it is expressly agreed that the duties of this position will require the Superintendent to work during times other than normal business hours and may require work exceeding forty hours per week, for which no additional compensation shall be paid.
