Twelve Month. At the beginning of the employee’s sixth (6th) year of service, the employee will move to the next vacation accrual level. Twelve (12) month employees shall receive their annual accumulation at the beginning of the school year. If, on the date of resignation or discharge, an employee has used more vacation than earned, the unearned vacation shall be deducted from the employee’s final check.
