Types of Grievances. 1) An Individual Grievance is a grievance initiated by the Association on behalf of a single Member against the Employer. 2) A Group Grievance is a grievance initiated by the Association on behalf of two (2) or more Members involving the same dispute against the Employer. 3) A Policy Grievance is a grievance involving the interpretation, application or alleged violation of this Agreement that has implications generally for Members and that is initiated by the Association against the Employer, or a grievance involving the interpretation, application or alleged violation of this Agreement initiated by the Employer against the Association. Where the Employer files a grievance against the Association, the grievance procedures outlined in this Article will be followed.
