Common use of Unbroken Vacation Period Clause in Contracts

Unbroken Vacation Period. An employee shall be entitled to receive their vacation in unbroken periods if so requested or in shorter periods including single days or less if so requested. Requests for single vacation days or less and, vacation with less than one weeks notice will be subject to operational requirements, and shall not be unreasonably denied.
