Unbroken Vacation Period. Employees shall be entitled to take their vacation in a broken or an unbroken period. Notwithstanding the above provisions, where departmental arrangements provide for a mutually acceptable method of scheduling vacation entitlement, those provisions shall continue to remain in effect.
