Uniform Care. It will be the responsibility of each employee to maintain the uniform in a clean and pressed condition and in good repair. Replacement pieces will be supplied without cost to the employee in accordance with Article 21.01, subject to inspection by the Employer of the item being replaced and such item being determined by the Employer to be in satisfactory condition. If a piece of the uniform is lost the employee will replace it with a new and identical piece the employee’s own costs.
Uniform Care. Simple care instructions for these uniforms are to wash in cold water with Woolite or some other mild detergent and air/hang dry the set indoors. Because they are a specialized moisture management fabric, they dry very quickly. Please do not put them in a heated automatic dryer or dry in direct sunlight. High temperature and excessive UV sunlight exposure will cause the materials to degrade over time. Also, please keep permanent markers and paint away from the material.
Uniform Care. Employees are responsible for all washing, dry cleaning, and maintenance of the uniform so that the uniform is in acceptable condition for the start of each shift.

  • Child Care ‌ 45.01 The Employer and the Union agree to establish a Joint Committee to investigate the availability and viability of facilities and equipment for child care centres for children of employees covered by this Agreement.

  • Home Health Care This plan covers the following home care services when provided by a certified home healthcare agency: • nursing services; • services of a home health aide; • visits from a social worker; • medical supplies; and • physical, occupational and speech therapy.

  • Medical Care The Parents must comply with the School Medical Officer's recommendations which may include a reasonable decision to release the Pupil home or to her education guardian when she is unwell.

  • Extended Health Care The Hospital shall contribute on behalf of each eligible employee seventy-five percent (75%) of the billed premium under the Extended Health Care Plan (Liberty Health $15-25 deductible plan including hearing aids with a maximum of $300.00 per person and vision care with a maximum of $150.00 every 24 months per person, or its equivalent) provided the balance of the monthly premium is paid by employees through payroll deduction. Any Hospital currently paying more than 75% of the premium shall continue to do so. The drug formulary shall be as defined by Liberty Health Formulary Three.

  • Extended Health Care Benefits The City will provide for all employees by contract through an insurer selected by the City an Extended Health Care Plan which will provide extended health care benefits. The City shall pay one hundred per cent (100%) of the premiums, which will include any premiums payable under The Health Insurance Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended.
