Uniforms and Appearance. A. The Board will provide work uniforms to maintenance staff, custodial staff, and bus mechanics. Each contractual year, the above mentioned employees will receive an order form for uniform clothing, with a spending limit of $215. Additional clothing may be purchased at the employee’s expense. The selection of uniform clothing will be made by the supervisor of buildings and grounds with input from affected employees.
B. Cafeteria employees will be given a $100.00 per year uniform allowance each contract year. Receipts for purchases of uniforms shall be given to the Food Service Supervisor and reimbursement will be made to the employees. The Food Service Supervisor will keep records for each employee’s purchase for the year.
C. For any employee hired after the start of any contract year, a pro-rated uniform allowance will be granted for that employee based on the time remaining in the contract year.
29.01 The above employees are to wear the approved uniform at all times when on duty. They are to be maintained in a clean and repaired condition at all times.
29.02 Employees are to maintain a clean, neat appearance at all times. Clothing that is appropriate with the job and is in compliance with OSHA regulation is to be worn.
Uniforms and Appearance. The Company shall furnish uniforms and equipment for employees required to wear uniforms. No unauthorized uniform item, gear, or equipment shall be worn or utilized. Employees are responsible for maintaining reasonable standards of personal care with respect to cleanliness and repair of uniforms. The Company will arrange and pay for necessary repairs to issued uniforms and equipment, unless damage is the result of the employee's carelessness or negligence. All uniforms remain the property of the Company and, at the discretion of the Company, must be turned in when requesting new uniforms or when the employee is separated from employment with the Company. Whenever the badge is worn on the uniform, the duty weapon shall also be worn. Whenever the duty weapon is worn, the badge shall be worn on the uniform (except when employees are working on a plain-clothes assignment).

Employees are responsible for maintaining reasonable standards of personal care with respect to cleanliness and repair of uniforms. Employees will not attach anything to the uniform that detracts from the desired uniform appearance. All uniforms remain the property of MetroParks and must be turned in when requesting new uniforms or when the employee is separated from employment with MetroParks.
Uniforms and Appearance. 1.9.1. The appearance of SCN Personnel and SCN’s subcontractors, while on duty at the ACC, shall project a professional, businesslike image.
1.9.2. All of the SCN Personnel and SCN’s subcontractors assigned to work at the ACC shall wear a distinctive uniform and a photo identification badge that identifies them as an employee of SCN. SCN must obtain the approval of the Executive Director for the uniform design to be worn by its employees and any material changes thereto or alterations thereof, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
1.9.3. The appearance of the SCN Personnel and SCN subcontractors must reflect a natural, clean, professional look and not be of a manner which draws attention to the employee, agent and/or representative while present at the ACC. SCN’s employees and agents shall adhere to ANAHEIM’s Operational Policies for Grooming (PER-001) and Dress Code (PER-002), as set forth more fully in Appendix D of the RFP.

Uniforms and Appearance. 21.01 The Employer will provide at no cost to the employee an initial uniform consistent with the York Region requirements.
21.02 All employees will report for work, properly attired in the approved Employer uniform. Employees will be clean shaven with their hair groomed so as to present a neat and clean appearance. Shoes will be black and will be polished and in good repair. Shoes or boots must not have a heel higher than one inch below the level of the main sole (this is a safety factor and is included in the Highway Traffic Act).
Uniforms and Appearance. Security Guard personnel shall report for duty in “full uniform” as scheduled. For the purpose of this Scope of Work, “full uniform” is hereby defined as the designated service uniform with all required equipment and accouterments as described herein. Xpress reserves the right to determine what is considered an appropriate duty uniform. Security Guard personnel reporting for duty inappropriately attired shall be immediately reported to the Contractor’s Project Manager. The Project Manager shall take immediate action to effect replacement or otherwise remedy the uniform problem. All security officers shall maintain a neat, clean, professional and well-groomed appearance. Contractor will be required to supply uniforms for security officers that conform to the following minimum standards: Professional looking Clean, neat, and pressed No visible tearing or fraying Consistent in color (shirt, pants, socks) Markings (patches or emblems) shall identify security contractor and identify individual as a security officer A security badge to be worn on or above the shirt pocket Shoes (black) kept clean and polished All guards Security guards shall be dressed in a clearly identifiable uniform to be provided by the selected Contractor and approved by SRTA.

Employees will be clean shaven with their hair groomed so as to present a neat and clean appearance. Shoes will be black and will be polished and in good repair.
19.02 The Employer is solely responsible for the design and type of uniform to be worn by the employees. No alterations to the design and type of materials are allowed.
(a) The Employer agrees to pay one half of the cost of the first prescribed mandatory new uniform for new employees. The balance will be deducted from the employees regular pay periods in three (3) equal increments.
(b) All uniforms remain the property of the Employer and must be returned, cleaned and pressed and in good repair, upon separation, or the employee will have the cost of the remaining half (Employer's portion) deducted from the final pay cheque.
19.04 The Employer's uniform will consist of the following pieces:
