NO SHORTS ALLOWED. required to wear white uniforms (All xxxx/servers must wear uniforms, including white leather “Non-Skid” shoes. These uniforms possibly will be ordered through the uniform shop as per the director and billed to the district). The District will also provide an apron for all food service personnel. Reimbursement will not be made unless the person applying has a signed itemized receipt showing what was purchased. Also, reimbursement can only be made one time per year, per employee. Where the committee recommends the wearing of such protective clothing and equipment, and the Employer implements such recommendation, employees are obligated to comply with such recommendation(s).

  • Footwear Allowance The Company will reimburse full-time employees up to fifty ($50.00) dollars per year toward the cost of footwear upon presentation of a receipt. Eligible employees will receive reimbursement for footwear upon completion of six (6) months' service. Once employees have received the footwear allowance, they must wear such footwear during work hours.
