Uniforms and SuppliesSection 1. White Coats and Scrubs The University will provide at no cost to the Resident the following: X. Xxxxx Coats 1. At least two new long white physician coats in an appropriate size will be issued to each Resident. The Hospital will replace any white coat that is overly soiled or damaged owing to appropriate use or loss by the laundry service. B. Scrubs 1. Multiple clean sets of scrubs shall also be provided to each resident that are properly sized to the Resident. 2. The University shall ensure that scrubs are readily available, and clean to be worn by the Resident as needed.
Uniforms and Supplies. 19.01 Mutuel Department - All supplies needed to properly perform the functions of a mutual employee will be supplied when requested, at the Employer's expense.

Replace those tools a mechanic brings to work which are already provided by the District.

If a bus mechanic or school bus technician’s personal, professional grade tool is damaged, broken, lost or stolen and is not covered under warranty, the District shall replace the tool with one of equal value provided the District shall not be: 1. Responsible for carelessness, misuse, or normal wear and tear; 2. Responsible for any tools not required for the completion of assigned duties; and 3. Replace those tools a mechanic brings to work which are already provided by the District. If the lost or stolen tool is later recovered, the new tool will become the property of the District. Tools will be replaced only after notification to and upon approval of the supervisor. Any replacement cost over $100 will be processed through the District’s Risk Management Office. The District will determine and provide required personal protective equipment (PPE) for employees. Employees must use the provided equipment as directed.

  • Supplies 1. Supplies are defined as consumable items necessary to carry out the services under this Contract including medical supplies, drugs, janitorial supplies, office supplies, patient educational supplies, software, and any items of tangible personal property other than those defined as equipment above. 2.   • LABOR AND MATERIALS 4.4.1 Unless otherwise provided in the Contract Documents, the Contractor shall provide and pay for all labor, materials, equipment, tools, construction equipment and machinery, water, heat, utilities, transportation, and other facilities and services necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work, whether temporary or permanent and whether or not incorporated or to be incorporated in the Work. Contractor guarantees that materials shall be of the best quality, that work shall be completed in a neat and workmanlike manner, that equipment will be installed in a first class manner, and that all aspects of the project will be delivered in good working order complete and perfect in every respect and that all systems and materials necessary to make the project a complete operating utility as contemplated by the above description of the project is included in the Contract price. 4.4.2 The Contractor shall a t all times enforce strict discipline and good order among his employees and shall not employ on the Work any unfit person or anyone not skilled in the task assigned to him.

  • Agreements with Employees and Subcontractors Grantee shall have written, binding agreements with its employees and subcontractors that include provisions sufficient to give effect to and enable Grantee’s compliance with Grantee’s obligations under this Article VI, Intellectual Property.
