Union Chairperson. 26.01 The Union chairperson shall be paid 39.5 hours pay per week at a rate of pay equal to job class 11 plus the Group Leader Rate. The Union shall be provided an office with a telephone in the main building. The Union Chairperson shall be assigned to the day shift and be given the last 2 hours of each shift per day with pay for the purpose of using the office for union business. The Company may grant access to the Union Chairperson to Company operations when requested. The granting of this request will not be unduly withheld.
