Common use of Union Membership Rescission Clause in Contracts

Union members requesting to rescind membership and membership rights in their exclusive professional advocacy organization shall make such request in writing to SEIU 925, following the SEIU 925 constitution and bylaws, and any and all relevant conditions, policies and procedures.
