Common use of Union Recognition and Membership Clause in Contracts

Union Recognition and Membership. (a) For the purposes of this Agreement, the Company recognises the National Union of Workers’ NSW Branch (NUW) as being the Union that shall have exclusive representation of employees in related classifications who are covered by this Agreement. This exclusive representation will extend to all terms and conditions of employment, whether or not those terms and conditions are subject to this Agreement or not.
