UNION SECURITY AND DUES DEDUCTION. Section 3.1. The Union shall fairly represent all employees covered under this Agreement. Therefore, as a condition of employment, employees who are covered under this Agreement shall be afforded the opportunity to, immediately execute a union membership and payroll dues deduction form.
